Abstract

Securities are of no homogenous character. In this article the term of securities are presented on the basis of selected acts of law and doctrinal concept. The article mentions the essence of securities, their functions in economy, and some selected securities features. Some of the features and functions are distinguished due to their exceptional meaning. The article pays attention to the creation of securities as important in theory of law and compares the concept of money with the concept of securities.
