Etyka relacji międzyosobowych

Abstract

Autor artykułu rozpatruje relacje międzyludzkie pod kątem ich oceny etycznej. Wyróżnia dwa zasadnicze typy tych relacji: relacje nieprawidłowe o charakterze instrumentalnym, w których dochodzi do uprzedmiotowienia drugiej osoby oraz relacje prawdziwie osobowe o charakterze spotkania, dialogu i miłości, w których szanowana jest osobowa godność drugiego człowieka. Tylko te relacje należy ocenić pozytywnie pod względem etycznym, podczas gdy relacje instrumentalne zasługują na zdecydowanie negatywną ocenę etyczną.

The author of this article considers the interpersonal relations from the point of view of their ethical valuation. He distinguishes two basie types of these relations: the incorrect relations of instrumentai character, in which comes to the reification of other person and the true personal relations of character of encounter, dialogue and love, in which the personal dignity of other man is respected. Only these relations should be estimated positively in ethical respect, while the instrumental relations merit decidedly negative ethical appreciation.
