Abstrakt

After the II Vatican Council appeared two new phenomenons: religion lessons at schools and admition for help in distribution of Holy Communion. These are particular assigments which Church charge to laics. The proposition of the Parish Deacony Seminary work out the programme preparing and initiating the faithful to active engagement in the life of Church on different levels and in different services. The parish reality in most of cases differs from represented solutions. Exist the necessity of collaboration between organisations and movements in parishes. Its create anecessity of existence of Pastorales Councils. Only this way will be possible realisation of the II Vatican Council’s vision, of the parish as a community of communities.
