Laicità dello stato e autonomia della chiesa: la promozione del bene comune al tempo della pandemia

Abstract

Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza idei świeckości państwa oraz autonomii Kościoła w kontekście problemów spowodowanych kryzysem pandemicznym, który przejawił się przede wszystkim na polu sanitarnym, społecznym, ekonomicznym i religijnym. Stawiamy pytanie, jakie nowe wyzwania generuje pandemia i jakie zobowiązania stawia przed Kościołem i państwem. Staramy się w sześciu krokach wykazać, że ochro#na „wspólnego domu” stała się celem aktywności społecznej w duchu nowego personalistycznego humanizmu: 1. Pandemia jako część naszego życia i życia Kościoła, 2. Pandemia jako czynnik ujawniający niespójność społeczeństwa (między solidarnością a egoizmem), 3. Poczucie laickości i autonomii w czasie pandemii, 4. Pandemia i globalizacja jako zjawiska generujące kryzysy gospodarcze i społeczne: „później wszystko będzie inaczej”, 5. Nowe wyzwania dla społeczeństwa i Kościoła: wolność wyznania, prawa człowieka, praca, rodzina, ochrona ubogich i słabych, 6. Ochrona „wspólnego domu” jako cel dążeń społecznych w duchu nowego humanizmu.

The purpose of this work is to examine the sense of laicity of the State and the sense of the autonomy of the Church in the face of the problems generated by the pandemic – a sanitary, social, economic, and religious crisis. What new challenges does the pandemic generate, and what commitments does it require of the Church and the State? The protection of the “common home” can be seen as the place of commitment and the new personalist humanism. I will explain my perspective through six steps: 1) the pandemic is a part of our life and the life of the Church; 2) the pandemic has revealed a contradictory society between solidarity and egoism; 3) there is a sense of laicity and autonomy during the time of the pandemic; 4) the pandemic and globalisation are phenomena that generate economic and social crises – everything will change; 5) there are new challenges for society and for the Church – religious freedom, human rights, work, family, and protection of the poor and weak; 6) the protection of the “common home” can be the place of commitment and the new humanism.
