Usprawiedliwiający wymiar Eucharystii

Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to show the justificatory aspect of the Eucharist. This sacrament has got the positive and negative aspect. The Eucharist is a sacrament which makes true gradual justification through transformation of whole human “being” into the resurrected Christ what will be immortalized in the final kingdom in which the whole Christian life is included. This is splendid synthesis of the grace and cooperation of the human being, the sacramental and ascetic life, liturgy and life, presence and future. The Eucharist continues the process of justification initiated by the baptism. Therefore, it is a sacrament which in its repeatable character points out this healing effect of Christ on our nature, sick due to the sin. The grace of justification is being received in the Eucharist peculiarly. The sacrament of Baptism we take only once. We often go to the Eucharist, because we are people who usually offend God. Looking for the grace of justification we are trying to expiate for our guilt, that’s why we have to turn back, to be tired out, to overcome sin; all this will not be able to act against the sin, if we do not add to it the Eucharist, the only remedy for human evil.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest ukazanie usprawiedliwiającego wymiaru Eucharystii. Sakrament ten posiada zarówno pozytywny jak i negatywny wymiar. Eucharystia jest sakramentem, który dokonuje prawdziwego, stopniowego usprawiedliwienia poprzez przeobrażenie całego ludzkiego „być” w zmartwychwstałego Chrystusa, co znajdzie uwieńczenie w ostatecznym królestwie, w które włączone jest całe życie chrześcijańskie. Jest to wspaniała synteza łaski i współpracy człowieka, życia sakramentalnego i życia ascetycznego, liturgii i życia, teraźniejszości i przyszłości. Eucharystia kontynuuje proces usprawiedliwienia zapoczątkowany przez chrzest. Dlatego jest sakramentem, który w swym powtarzalnym charakterze wskazuje na owo stałe uzdrawiające oddziaływanie Chrystusa na naszą naturę, chorą z powodu grzechu. Łaska usprawiedliwienia otrzymywana jest w Eucharystii w sposób szczególny. Sakrament chrztu przyjmujemy tylko raz. Do Eucharystii przystępujemy często, ponieważ jesteśmy ludźmi, którym zdarza się, na co dzień obrażać Boga. Szukając łaski usprawiedliwienia usiłujemy zmazać winę, dlatego musimy się nawrócić, utrudzić, pokonać grzech; wszystko to nie będzie mogło działać przeciw grzechowi, jeśli nie dodamy do tego Eucharystii, jedynego leku na ludzkie zło.
