Zachodni ojcowie Kościoła w katechezie biblijnej. Św. Ambroży

Abstract

The present paper continues a series of publications on Eastern and Western Fathers of the Church in biblical catechesis. The Fathers who are recognized with the titles of the Great Doctors of the Church were selected for presentation. The series is neither focused on patristic research, nor concerned in presentation of the broad spectrum of topics related to a particular Father of the Church in catechesis, but it is intended to draw the practical application for biblical catechesis out of the life and works of Fathers. The present paper is dedicated to St. Ambrose, the bishop of Milan. There were presented propositions for biblical catechesis resulting from the realization of purposes of gaining knowledge, acquiring skills and abilities, and building attitudes. Also the six basic tasks of catechesis are referred to.

Niniejszy artykuł jest kolejną publikacją w cyklu tekstów poświęconych ojcom Kościoła Wschodu i Zachodu w katechezie biblijnej. Zostali wybrani ci ojcowie, których określamy tytułem wielkich doktorów Kościoła. Obszarem zainteresowania tego cyklu nie są badania patrystyczne, ani też przedstawienie w katechezie całokształtu spraw odnoszących się do danego ojca Kościoła, ale wydobycie z życia i dzieł ojców praktycznego zastosowania dla katechezy biblijnej. Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest św. Ambrożemu, biskupowi Mediolanu. Przedstawiono propozycje dla katechezy biblijnej wynikające z realizacji celów dotyczących wiadomości, celów dotyczących umiejętności oraz celów dotyczących postawy. Odniesiono się też do sześciu podstawowych zadań katechezy.
