Abstract

Nie ma religii bez przemocy. Wszystkie religie, bez wyjątku, zarówno te z odległych czasów, jak i ze współczesności w jakimś stopniu borykają się z problem prześladowań religijnych. Proces ten zaczyna się w rodzinie, przechodzi przez szkołę, a kończy we wspólnocie religijnej lub państwie. Najczęściej dotyczy dzieci i kobiet, osób słabych i bezbronnych. Celem niniejszego opracowania było ukazanie szerszej problematyki prześladowań religijnych w dwóch największych religiach świata: chrześcijaństwie i islamie, oraz braku uregulowań prawnych, które powinny ukazywać sposoby przeciwdziałania prześladowaniom i skutecznej ochrony osób prześladowanych.

There is no religion without violence. All religions, without exceptions, both from distant times and from present times, to some extent suffer from the problem of religious persecution. This process begins in the family, passes through the school and ends in a religious community or state. The problem concerns mostly children, women, weak and vulnerable people. The aim of this study is to present the problem of religious persecution in Christianity and Islam, which are the two largest religions of the world. Moreover, the study discusses the lack of legal regulations that should indicate ways to counteract persecution and provide effective protection of persecuted people.
