Relacyjność systemu rodzinnego

Abstract

In the article two variables deserve special attention: relation and family system. With respect to the issue of relation such key terms as reaction, interaction, and relation in the aspect of its definition and basic typology have been undertaken. Communication is another element of the analysis of relation. In this context the problem of definition and interpersonal communication is presented. Part two of the article refers to the problem of the family as a system of interpersonal relations. First the systemic approach in psychology is presented. The approach was created by L. von Bertalanffy, who defined the concept of “system” as a complicated structural arrangement made up by mutually connected components. Among the fundamental values of the system the following ones may be differentiated: the inner indivisible and complete integrity of the system (cohesion of the system), organization, progressive segregation (mechanization), centralization, structuralization and a hierarchical order, steering and nonsteering as well as stiff and non-stiff properties, equifinality, allometry of metabolic, morphogenetic phenomena and growth of the system, dynamism, variability and evolution as well as orientation towards development. Also in this context an analysis of the family system has been made.
