Abstract

Artykuł stanowi prezentację wyników badań przeprowadzonych metodą sondażu diagnostycznego, gdzie postawiono nauczycielom wychowania fizycznego, sportowcom, pracownikom naukowo-dydaktycznym uczelni sportowych, trenerom i szkoleniowcom oraz studentom kierunków sportowych i wychowania fizycznego następujące pytania: Jaka jest Twoim zdaniem rola autorytetu w środowisku sportowym? oraz Jakie rozmowy najczęściej obecne są w środowiskach sportowych? Szczególnie interesować nas tu będą rozmowy, jakie obserwuje się w świecie sportowym, a które mają istotny wpływ wychowawczy i kulturotwórczy. Odpowiednio zinterpretowane wypowiedzi osób badanych pozwalają spojrzeć na sport w perspektywie autorytetu, dialogu i wartości ważnych dla rozwoju każdego człowieka. Na każde z pytań odpowiedziało 180 osób, a zatem zgromadzonych wypowiedzi z interesującego nas zakresu zostało zanalizowanych w niniejszym tekście 360. Sport przedstawiony został w artykule jako rzeczywistość społeczna, w której relacje interpersonalne dokonują się dzięki słowu. Opiera się on na takich formach kontaktu osób, jak dialog, rozmowa oraz oddziaływanie autorytetu. Wiele wartości natury pedagogicznej, tj. wychowawczej, możliwe są do przekazania i realizowania jedynie w oparciu o przekaz słowny czy przykład, który zawsze skutecznie pociąga ku działaniu.The article contains conducted findings with method of conducting a survey, holding talks and the interview, where they put for game teachers, for athletes, for employees scientific of sports colleges, for coaches and instructors and students of sports directions and the physical education of the question following: what role of the authority and the example in the sports environment is your sentence? and what conversations are most often current in sports circles?
