Pozycja „Constructio et consecratio mundi” – zapomniane idee teologii rzeczywistości ziemskich (cz. II)Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2009)Two ideas: constructio mundi and consecratio mundi have appeared on the basis of the theology of earthly realities, which – in its authors’ intention – was to consolidate the connection between the Christians and God, who does not oppose the involvement into the matters of this world, but gives the involvement a deeper, religious – and hence a fully human – meaning. The aim of the present study – that is a continuation of an article published in the previous volume of „Roczniki Teologiczne” („Theological Annals”) – is to remind and to reinterpret the latter of them. In order to do this the very idea of consecratio mundi and its meaning is presented in the light of assumptions of the theology of earthly realities, then it is interpreted personalistically, and its topicality is shown as a moral challenge. In the light of both publications it should be emphasized that at the basis of the presented principles – constructio mundi and consecratio mundi – there is the reality of the connections between the Christian and the world in the creative-salutary event of God Himself. A Christian, living in the world and being engaged in changing the world, on the one hand participates in the work of creation, and on the other touches the reality of the eschatological dimension. Construction of the world and realization of earthly tasks done by a Christian (constructio mundi) is part of development of the creature constantly recurring in Christ and finding its fulfillment and sanctification (consecratio mundi) in Him.Pozycja Dwie dekady polskich przemian w perspektywie etycznospołecznejGocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2013)The round anniversary of the turn of 1989 encourages encourages us to evaluate the past time in various aspects. This study is an attempt to reflect, with a view to moral theology, and inasmuch as it is possible on the two decades of political transformation in the dimension of social life with particular emphasis on the economy. This means that the principal discourse took place on the ethical level, to be precise the socio-ethical level, ignoring the ideological interpretation of the phenomena under study or their interpretation in a political sense. This publication first and foremost has called to our mind the most important events which a quantum leap in the formation of a new social system. Then some dilemmas have been shown that accompanied the changes. Many of them were related with the fact that a choice of this or that political option of economy was linked with a concrete axiological option. The decades of transformation was dominated mainly by the debate about the shape of social and economic life in Poland, i.e. the choice between a solidary Poland and a liberal Poland. In a further part of the analyses still two more specific criteria of evaluation have been proposed, namely the questions about the place and role of family and human labour in the new reality. A definite family policy and problems of labour focus on the axiological dilemma in question. The questions signaled only in some places should become an object of further detailed and interdisciplinary studies in which an ethical and social view should be present.Pozycja Kronika Instytutu Teologii Moralnej KUL za rok akademicki 2007/2008Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2009)Pozycja Kronika Instytutu Teologii Moralnej KUL za rok akademicki 2008/2009Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2010)Pozycja Kronika Instytutu Teologii Moralnej KUL za rok akademicki 2009/2010Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2011)Pozycja Kronika Instytutu Teologii Moralnej KUL za rok akademicki 2010/2011Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2012)Pozycja Kronika Instytutu Teologii Moralnej KUL za rok akademicki 2011/2012Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2013)Pozycja Ks. The dynamic changes within the Catholic ecclesiology during the recent century have resulted, inter alia, in working out several models of the relation between the Church and the world, sometimes ones excluding each other. The most important ones include models conventionally defined as theories of incarnationism (indirect participation), polarization (correlation), secularization (exclusivism), integral participation, critical participation, inglobalization (global absorption) and some trends of eschatologism. Analysis of the most important aspects of these theories or trends allows a better comprehension of the great vitality and significance of the problem of relation to the world in the life of the whole Church, having also controversial elements and ones that may give rise to misunderstandings.Pozycja Od „Sollicitudo rei socialis” do „Caritas in veritate”. Solidarność kluczem do kwestii społecznej?Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2012)This paper tries to look at the principle (virtue) of solidarity as a potential tool for overcoming contemporary dangers of social life, especially in their economic aspect. The discussion concentrates on the historical development of the social teaching of the Church in the last two decades, that is from the announcement of John Paul II’s encyclical “Sollicitudo rei socialis” (30 December 1987) until the publication of Benedict XVI’s social encyclical “Caritas in veritate” (7 July 2009). The paper presents a comparative analysis of the two documents in question, focusing on their understanding of the concept of solidarity. Also, the paper proposes ways of its practical application as a principle that can regulate economic activities undertaken on the micro- and macro-social scale. The analysis developed in the paper also involves presenting the principles of social life and primary values as teleologically vital for the discourse within social teaching of the Church, along with the reference to the prophetic and critical aspects of that teaching, and to the change of orientation in moral theological studies it entails.Pozycja Osservatorio Cardinale Van Thuân sulla Dottrina sociale della Chiesa. The subject of the present study is an attempt to look at the presence and mission of the Church within social-political life. Albeit the character of academic analyses will touch the general view of the discussed issue in the light of the post-Conciliar teaching of the Church, but quite naturally some of the motifs had to touch directly the situation of the Church in the countries that from 1989 started a systemic transformation. A detailed analysis was made, among others, of the issues of the essence of genuine democracy, the relation of the Church to the state on the basis of the principle sana cooperation and the question about the way in which a challenge issued by the Church to the world and mundane reality should be introduced. The point here is making the choice that is not just apparent, between two ways of effecting social changes: the way of gradual reform and that of revolution.Pozycja Wykaz publikacji teologicznomoralnych i etycznospołecznych za rok 2011Gocko, Jerzy; Kołtun, Katarzyna (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2013)Pozycja Wykaz publikacji teologicznomoralnych za rok 2007Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2009)Pozycja Wykaz publikacji teologicznomoralnych za rok 2008Gocko, Jerzy (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2010)Pozycja Wykaz publikacji teologicznomoralnych za rok 2009Gocko, Jerzy; Kołtun, Katarzyna (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2011)Pozycja Wykaz publikacji teologicznomoralnych za rok 2010Gocko, Jerzy; Kołtun, Katarzyna (Towarzystwo Naukowe KUL, 2012)
