“World is God’s body” is a metaphor developed in feminist theology. This paper tries to examine this metaphor by the lens of Catholic Church teaching. For this purpose poses a question of proper relation between God and world, of incarnation and human nature. The article tries to show the assumptions on which the metaphor “world is God’s body” is built and to name errors which it can produce while not forgetting about its positive sites.
