This paper is devoted to the language of Fr Roman Rogowski’s Christology and focuses on an analysis of the means by which R. Rogowski depicts Jesus Christ in his texts. The aim of the study is to show the Cosmic Christ as the leading Christological creation, as well as to expose the linguistic tendencies in speaking about Christ, especially to show the significance of romantic poetics and mystical poetics present in R. Rogowski’s works. The analysis carried out is panoramic and reveals general linguistic and theological tendencies, as the research undertaken has not been the subject of systematic study so far.
