The article addresses some issues regarding the relationship between juridism and charisms in the understanding and, therefore, in the realization of the Church. It particularly emphasizes the need for an integrated understanding of these two realities. Its condition is both an appropriate ecclesiology, which sees the authority in the Church in the service of love, as well as an appropriate anthropology, which shows the principles of implementing cooperation between man and grace. Above all, however, it is about seeing Church law and charisma from a theological and historical point of view as realities that, at their starting point, constitute a dynamic unity.
