Pozycja Bhagavan Dasa koncepcja „religii powszechnej”. Przyczynek do badań nad źródłami idei religii globalnejWańka, Andrzej (Arcybiskupie Wyższe Seminarium Duchowne w Szczecinie, 2002)The aim of this article is critical analysis, from religious science point of view, little known subject till now, to create one world universal religion, which was introduced by Indian thinker and social active person - Bhagavan Das (1869- 1959). B. Das proposes to form one total, syncretic, „Universal Religion" on the ground of distillation of existing religions all common truths, from which then, on the way of synthesis, would become one absolute „Universal Religion" On the basis of passed analysis the author reached the conclusion, that represented by B. Das project of global religion leans on premises founding equality of existing religions, in aspect of truth, what drives to relativation of the world religions. However, this concept is lacking in respect for the right to own world religion’s identity.Pozycja Fenomen Sathya Sai Baby. Próba analizy religioznawczo-psychologicznejWańka, Andrzej; Bukalski, Sławomir (Arcybiskupie Wyższe Seminarium Duchowne w Szczecinie, 2002)Article contains a critical analysis of religious occurrences of Sathya Sai Baba (Sathyanarayana Ratnakra Raju, bom in 1926), from religiological and psychological point of view, based on literature sources. From religiological aspects the article intends to give an answer to a question on religious-metaphysical principles, that determine the fundamental teaching of Sathya Sai Baba, but from psychological angle it endeavors on the base of religious analysis concerning the reliability of person, methods of activity and motives of membership. On the basis of conducted researches the authors reached the following findings: the principle elements of doctrinal teaching of Sathya Sai Baba (idea of Absolute, concept of universe, man and religion) stays under strong influence of Hindu Upanishad with some clearly marked elements of Hindu bhakti, however opposes the partition of Hindu society into castes. The system introduced by Sathya Sai Baba is characterizes also with universal aspirations that involves some elements of other religions. From psychological point of view Sathya Sai Baba appears as a hardly reliable person, acting basically on sophisticated methods, founded on contestant attitudes accompanied with demands on alternative coherent viewpoint.Pozycja Liberalny Kościół Katolicki zapomniane źródło New AgeWańka, Andrzej (Arcybiskupie Wyższe Seminarium Duchowne w Szczecinie, 2002)The aim of this article is presentation of history of Liberal Catholic Church from the point of view of the history of religion, understood as religiology of science. Liberal Catholic Church was founded in London, England, in 1918 as a result of breaking in British Old Catholic Church. Its founders and bishops (J. I. Wedgwood, C. W. Leadbeater, I. S. Cooper, G. S. Arundale), tied it compactly with Theosophical Society. This close relationship by privileges meant also obligations and contributed to numerous controversies bounded with its own identities and became the main source of differences and partitions. Through the relationship to Theosophical Society, Liberal Catholic Church belongs to the list of precursors of New Age Movement. Liberal Catholic Church was developed mostly in Europe, U.S.A., Canada and Australia. Nowadays, this denomination does not play any significant cultural or social part.
