It explains and shows the place, meaning and significance of work in relation between a person and the broadly-understood natural environment. These thoughts may be useful as the basis to draw practical conclusions of normative character. On reflection that refers to life of a human being in the world, work has got fundamental and decisive meaning because it is the principal means of people’s activity. Thus, work appears as a necessary condition to preserve ecological balance in the world, which makes it an essential factor of "social ecology of work” Since there has been a very close unity between work and capital, work that is being done entails a reasonable remuneration. Appropriate facilities at work are also needed, the most important of which is a healthy and safe environment for a person, as well as the right to rest. Hence, in “social ecology of work” we need to put stress on the truth that every person capable of working should be given a job and receive proper pay Moreover, work needs to be carried out in an appropriate environment that is adequate for a working person.
