Pozycja Związek między בְנֵי־הָאֱלֹהִים (bᵉnē-hāʾĕlōhīm) a נָפוּלים (nᵉpilîm) w kontekście interpretacji angelologicznejJanik, Marek (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)“Sons of God” is the term applied in the Old Testament to supernatural beings both good and evil. However the general view is that the “sons of God” were the pious descendants of Seth and the daughters of men, the Cainitish offspring. In this article there are strong arguments against it. First of all, the term „sons of God” is never applied in the Old Testament to believers. Secondly, is no proof in the text that the daughters of men were only descendants of the Cainites. Thirdly, if the „sons of God” were simply pious Sethites, it is hard to understand why the offspring should be a special race. Besides, the giants were Nephilim, which means „the fallen ones”. That is why the term „sons of God” must mean supernatural evil beings. These angels married women of the human race (either Cainites or Sethites) and the resulting offspring were the Nephilim. The Nephilim were giants with physical superiority and therefore established themselves as men of renowned for their physical prowess and military might. This race of half human creatures was wiped out by the flood New Testament (Jud 5-6; 2 Pet 2,4 i 1 Pet 3,18-20) hint on Gen 6,1-4. This Scriptures declares that the fallen angels are angels, which sinned and God did not spare them. The fallen angels left their own habitation and mixed with the daughters of men.Pozycja Gajcy, Bachelard – kościół w „pamięci marzącej”. Status ontyczny rzeczy jako epifanii osobistych obrazów i wyobrażeńBrasse, Rafał (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)In childhood, Tadeusz Gajcy was an altar boy. Every morning, he must have listened to fragments of liturgical texts. Stories full of extraordinary events and miracles – undoubtedly affecting the childʼs imagination – come alive in his poetry at the level of naive consciousness. Poetic dreams seem to be stretched between the family room and everyday life woven into the rhythm of church life. The memory of the time spent serving at the altar allows the poet to treat the temple as a home, archetypical symbol of the inner refuge against sinister forces. Thus, hidden in the depths of the subconscious, the archetype is the foundation for the most powerful, cosmic dreams of happiness, the center from which the imagined contents of internal life soaked in richness flow from. In this article, using the Bachelardʼs categories of “oniric home” and “dreaming memory”, I ponder how the childhood archetype revived by memories evokes happy dreams. I come to the conclusion that the factor motivating their emergence are religious experiences marked by visionary eschatology. I explore relationships between the experience of the liturgical activities derived from childhood and the work of creative imagination. Simultaneously, I reflect on the essence and symbolic value of things transposed to the world of creative ideas.Pozycja Wkład duchowieństwa diecezji ełckiej w rozwój intelektualny polski i regionu (cz. 2: stopnie i tytuły oraz periodyki naukowe)Guzewicz, Wojciech (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)In the period 1992-2017, dozens of priests with at least a doctoral degree were involved in the scientific work in the entire Ełk clergy. Most of the priests graduating from specialist studies obtained the title of doctor of theology. They represent the following specializations: biblical theology (7 priests), pastoral theology (4), liturgy (3), dogmatic theology (3), catechetics (2), patrology (2). Other areas include canon law (7), history (4), and philosophy (2). There were also three academic periodicals created by Ełk priests, i.e. “Studia Ełckie”, “Civitas et Lex” and “Studia Gilsoniana”. Through their activity, these priests managed to create solid scientific journals, recognizable today not only in Poland, but also abroad.Pozycja Filozofia personalistyczna Karola Wojtyły a alienacja współczesnego człowiekaPodgórski, Ryszard (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)Although social life is an unquestionable fact, although from a sociological point of view, it is a universal phenomenon. The sources pertaining to its genesis are various. Plato spoke of the organic entity of social life. Aristotle discussed human needs in the social development of man. Jean-Jacques Rousseau referred to the convention hypothesis. Baruch Spinoza considered collective human actions as an expression of the general will of the Absolute. Christian philosophy sees social life as a natural and primary condition of the human being. In view of that, from the perspective of Christian personalistic philosophy, man makes up a part of the universum, living in the specified environment to which he is related in various ways. Through his psychophysical structure, man is out of his nature directed towards social life and consequently, he seeks contact with the other persons in the society. Therefore, Karol Wojtyła emphasizes the indispensability of social life in terms of material and biological needs of the human being and the intersubjective experiences by sharing thoughts, values and moral relations.Pozycja Budowanie jedności w różnorodności – w świetle adhortacji apostolskiej Benedykta XVI „Ecclesia in Medio Oriente”Adamczyk, Dariusz (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)This article concerns the topicality of the message of the apostolic exhortation of Benedict XVI Ecclesia in Medio Oriente regarding the issue of socialreligious nature on building unity in diversity. Unity is being built through actions about inner and external peace and justice in love and mutual respect, whose source is Jesus Christ. It is necessary for the credibility of the testimony of communion of Christʼs disciples, obliging for constant conversion, formation and life consequences.Pozycja Sprawozdanie z międzynarodowego sympozjum naukowego pt. „Diecezja sejneńska (augustowska)”, Sejny, 1-2 września 2018 r.Sawicki, Ryszard (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)Pozycja Wybrane aspekty miłości małżeńskiej w świetle encykliki Benedykta XVI „Deus caritas est”Michalczuk, Jarosław (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)Benedict XVI, in encyclic Deus caritas est, showed the ideal of conjugal love. He reminded ancient words: eros, amor, philia, agape, caritas and explained their meaning. He discussed the issue of conjugal love in the context of Christian love, taking into consideration love as a divine gift and its sacramental dimension and reflecting the love of Jesus Christ to the Church. He himself makes a perfect sacrifice, dies for his Church. So also, the spouses make a sacrifice for the other, beloved person. The Christian approach to love, with its moral aspects, presents it as a way to holiness, taking into account the sinfulness of human nature. The anthropological dimension of conjugal love is sanctified when the spouses renounce their „I” direct themselves to „you”, and transform into „we” by the grace and blessing received from God. The Eucharist is the source of conjugal love. An important aspect of marriage is social reference, understood as caritas.Pozycja Koncepcja filozofii przyrody według Franciszka Gabryla. Próba rekonstrukcjiTrombik, Kamil (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2018)The article attempts to reconstruct the approach of practicing the philosophy of nature by Franciszek Gabryl (1866-1914). The Cracow philosopher undertook the problem of the method of natural philosophy, and his metaphilosophical proposals – though embedded in the context of neothomism tradition – can be perceived as an attempt to modernize classical christian philosophy. The article attempted to determine what was his approach to the issue of the method of nature philosophy (i.a. the problem concerning the relationship between philosophy of nature and natural sciences).
