Analiza porównawcza tekstów Rdz 49, 8-12 oraz Pwt 33, 7Szwarc, Urszula (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)The paper is a detailed exegetic analysis of the lines Gn 49, 8-12 and Deut 33, 7 and it also compares the results of the analysis. The study allows us to state that the logion Deut 33, 7 and the proverb Gn 49, 8-12 are, from the biblical point of view, the bearers of the essential truths of the message of salvation. Both texts under discussion show an affinity between the thoughts they contain. Moreover, they supplement each other, outlining together a more complete image of the figure to which they were particularly dedicated, with the stipulation, however, that they treat of the same person. In their light it turns out exceptionally close to God, and at the same time has some relations with Judah. It appears as someone who will come to existence in a concrete nation. Its mission w ill embrace the whole of mankind for which the mysterious person seems to be the Lord and someone so close as a mother is close to her child.Pozycja Tak zwana mowa błazna Świętego Pawła (2 Kor 11, 16-12, 13)Langkammer, Hugolin (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)The so-called "Paul’s boast" is an exceptional part of the literary activity of St. Paul. It allows us to look first at the Apostle as a man who suffers, who is sensitive, full of kindness and love. At the same time, it allows us - and this is important - to look at a man totally united with Christ. For such a man the only value is Christ and everything that is included within the salutary province of Christ. He-Christ became the "only Lord" for Paul.Pozycja I. Levinskaya, The Book of Acts in Its Diaspora Setting, w serii: The Book of Acts in Its First Century Setting, t. 5, Michigan 1996, ss. 284.Rakocy, Waldemar (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)Pozycja „Jezus Chrystus wczoraj i dziś, ten sam także na wieki” (Hbr 13, 8)Paciorek, Antoni (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)The author is dealing with the profession of faith in Hbr 13, 8. In the first part he shows the way contemporary exegesis approaches the understanding of this text. This way can be reduced to an answer to the following question: what did the formulation from Hbr 13, 8 mean for the author at that time? The second part presents the standpoint held by the exegetes of the ancient Church. It turns out that the ancient church commentators lay down the problem differently. For they ask: what do the words (Hbr 13, 8) mean for a Christian in general? What do they mean especially for the Christian today, when he confronts the ideas of Arianism, Nestorianism, and others not so well defined erroneous views? Origen, for instance, perceives in the formulation a confirmation of the very popular in those days views held by the philosophy of history about particular epochs in the history of salvation. It is in Hbr 13, 8 that Athanasy saw the knowledge about the invariability of the Word in the mystery of the Incarnation. The Greek Fathers (St. Gregory Nazianzen) read out the formulation as a concise reminder of the unity of the divine and human attributes in Jesus Christ. Now the argument with Nestor brought to mind Hbr 13, 8 as the text about the unity of two natures: divine and human in one person of the Word (Cyril of Alexandria). In the third part the author attempts to notice what hints there are for contemporary exegesis from the manner in which it was pursued by the great teachers of the ancient Church.Pozycja Praca a oczekiwanie na lepsze jutroRubinkiewicz, Ryszard (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)The paper is dealing with the problem of labour as well as the material goods and wealth resulting thereof. It points out that neither the biblical nor the non-biblical texts condemn wealth, nor the willingness to become rich. It is true, disinterested work on behalf of the neighbours is praiseworthy, yet it should not be a rule for everybody, for each worker deserves his pay (1 Tm 5, 18). The Bible only warns us not to put the material goods in the first place in the hierarchy of the human values. God’s justice has the primacy over anything else, the moral order established by God and put into practice by people.Pozycja Mowa Piotra w dniu Pięćdziesiątnicy: model pierwotnego kerygmatuRakocy, Waldemar (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)On the basis of Peter’s Speech at Pentecost the author is seeking to reach the scheme of the primary prophecy. The two stages of argumentation contained in it deal with the resurrection and exaltation. Both events, being the climax of Jesus’ mission, prove His Messianic character and Divinity. The success of the Christian doctrine depended on the proof of these two truths. No wonder then, that they are found in te centre of prophecy, which can be summed up as the proclamation of the resurrected and exalted Christ, who is seated on the right of the Father and gives us the Holy Spirit.Pozycja „[...] odstąpiłeś od twej pierwotnej miłości” (Ap 2,4)Sikora, Ryszard Adam (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)The author tries to find the answer what precisely is the reality in the Church of Ephesus that is described by the words: „you neglected your first love” (Rev 2, 4). He analyses the whole letter to the Church of Ephesus and makes many references to the whole Book of Revelation to show the meaning of the terms „love” and „the first”. In this light he realises that the formula of complaint (2, 4) says only about the love of the Church to Jesus Christ and that it refers to the first period of Christian life in Epfesus’ community.Pozycja Pole semantyczne rzeczownikowej formy άγιασμός w kanonicznych księgach SeptuagintyKucharski, Jacek (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1998)
