Pozycja „Notes...” ks. Teodora Wieczorka SDB (1888-1957) – (cz. II). TreśćSzlufik, Piotr (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)The literary heritage of a Salesian, Fr. Teodor Wieczorek (1888-1957), contains his Notes... (The Notebook...). Written over a period of fifteen years (1912-1927), it includes the stages of his formation in the novitiate, his philosophical and theological studies and the first few years after his ordination. This article is a continuation of the previous research on the manuscript of this great missionary of China. It focuses on the content of the Notes... and pertains to the following issuses: literary forms present in the manuscript and characteristic features of the notes of Fr. Wieczorek.Pozycja Egzystencja współczesnego dziecka. Aspekty pedagogiczny i społeczny problemuMuchacki, Mateusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)The present paper presents a reflection on the existential situation of Polish children. Pathology affecting various spheres of social life caused in effect of transformation processes in the political system in conjunction with economic and social changes leaves a stamp on the life of both family and children. “Serious” pathological phenomena in Poland after 1989 comprise: homelessness, begging, alcoholism and theft, and they give rise to conflicts with the law (also among the youngest members of the society). Due to the emergence of dysfunctional families and families endangered by demoralization, there appeared new phenomena such as maladjustment, social orphanhood and other risks associated with inadequate care of children and youth.Pozycja Salezjańska tożsamość oratoriów w świetle ich struktury organizacyjno-prawnej w Inspektorii św. Stanisława KostkiHusak, Dariusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)The aim of the study is to analyse organizational and legal forms, currently used for the functioning of the oratories in the Salesian Province of Warsaw and to attempt to answer the question in what ways they help in the implementation of the Salesian charism and to what extent they can constitute a threat to the Salesian identity of the oratories. The source of this identity is the experience of Valdocco that Don Bosco gave his spiritual sons and daughters, and its guarantor is always the Salesian community. The forms of activities carried out by the oratories have evolved along with the changing needs and the socio-political situation. The new law which was implemented in Poland after the political transformation in 1989 provided the Salesians with new tools for their educational and care work. One of such tools adopted in the Province of Warsaw is establishment of associations which, on the one hand, stimulate the laity to act but, at the same time, carry the risk of excessive independence from the Salesian community and, therefore, also pose a threat to the Salesian identity of the oratories.Pozycja Towarzystwo Salezjańskie wobec potrzeb szkolnictwa zawodowego w okresie międzywojennymNiewęgłowski, Jan (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)In 1918 Poland regained independence. Reconstruction of the country encountered a lot of problems. Education constituted one of the areas that required a lot of work and expenditure and which suffered from shortage in all its spheres ‒ it lacked structures, experience, textbooks and, in the first place, competent staff. The Salesian Society, which had been present on the Polish territories of Austrian seizure from 1898, actively took part in the country’s reconstruction processes. Comprehensive secondary schools were the first object of Salesian activity. Due to a high number of war orphans, it was also a prerequisite to open orphanages and children’s homes. The Salesians realized that one of the most effective methods of bringing help to poor young people was to enable them to acquire a profession. Therefore, following the indications of their Founder, they commenced organizing vocational training. Establishment of the first vocational school in Oświęcim and consequent opening of other institutions of that type resulted in naming the Salesians as the order of “craft”.Pozycja Specyfika rozumności dziecka jako elementu jego duchowej naturyMarszałek, Lidia (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)Man is not only a passive subject “reflecting” the observed objects, but he also possesses a sense of “distance” towards those objects or, in other words, he assumes a superior and independent position with respect to them. Thus cognition, constituting a reaction of a living person to a specific stimulus, cannot be brought down merely to sensation. Activity of small children can be compared to the activity of scientists who solve problems, formulate hypotheses and plan research that could verify them. Due to their specific way of thinking, children intuitively implement the acquired knowledge in practical solution of life problems. We can, therefore, assume that children’s knowledge bears the character of “life wisdom” in its original and practical sense. Children seem to have some life wisdom which is not “contaminated” by intellectualizaton processes or by adjusting their own experiences to scientific theories on the world’s essence and functioning. For this reason, we can suppose that children’s awareness reaches to the intuitive part of their minds, only partly using the available rational knowledge. The article is an attempt at presenting the significance of children’s specific intuitive and intellectual activity for the development of mature understanding of themselves and the world around them.Pozycja Giovanni Claudio Bottini, Lettera di Giacomo. Nuova versione, introduzione e commento [I libri biblici, Nuovo Testamento 17], Paoline, Milano 2014, ss. 1-438.Sztuk, Dariusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)Pozycja Poczucie koherencji a style radzenia sobie ze stresem u alumnów wyższego seminarium duchownegoTerelak, Jan F.; Borzyńska, Magdalena (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)The aim of the present article is to define the relationship between the level of the sense of coherence and the ways of coping with stress at a higher theological seminary. In order to validate the presented hypotheses, two questionnaires were used: the Questionnaire of the Sense of Coherence (SOC-29) of Antonovski and the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) of Endler and Parker. The research was conducted among a group of 43 seminarists and 43 university students. The analysis concentrated on the links between the sense of coherence and the ways of coping with stress. With respect to the sense of being understood, resourcefulness and a general feeling of sense, the results were significantly higher among the seminarists than among the students from the control group. It has also been shown that seminarists were significantly less likely than the control group to deal with stress by concentrating on emotions or resorting to avoidance strategies.Pozycja Sprawozdanie z działalności Wyższego Seminarium Duchownego Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego w Lądzie nad Wartą w roku seminaryjnym 2014/2015Kościelny, Tomasz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)Pozycja Rozwiązanie umowy o pracę bez wypowiedzenia z winy pracownika w świetle orzecznictwa Sądu Najwyższego – część IIMajchrzak, Katarzyna (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)Termination of employment without notice due to the employee’s fault pursuant to the provision of Art. 52 of the Labour Code is possible in three enumerated instances. These include: severe violation of basic employee duties, a serious offence committed by the employee during the term of the employment contract that renders further employment at his or her post impossible when the offense is obvious or confirmed by a final court judgment and, finally, culpable loss of license or qualification necessary to perform work at the post. The present article discusses the two latter premises mentioned above, based on the Supreme Court judicature.Pozycja Konferencja naukowa z okazji 70. rocznicy wyzwolenia KL Dachau „Dachau – niemiecki obóz koncentracyjny miejscem eksterminacji duchowieństwa polskiego (1939-1945)”, (Centrum Edukacyjne IPN im. That is why many parents of chronically ill children need support from a variety of specialists and relevant social institutions. Social support in relation to the family with a chronically ill child can have a formal or informal character. Informal support involves help offered by family, friends, relatives or volunteers who are representatives of associations and organizations providing help (support groups). This type of support is based on strong emotional relations. Formal support constitutes help offered by institutions and professionals employed in health centers i.e. health clinics, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, sanatoriums or hospices. Only joint activities aimed at supporting families and ill children will allow eliminating the threats associated with child disease.Pozycja „Wychować młodych na dobrych chrześcijan i prawych obywateli”. Uroczysta sesja naukowa z okazji jubileuszu 200. rocznicy urodzin św. Πασχω i παθημα w kontekście Rz 8 oraz Ga 3Sztuk, Dariusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)In the long history of interpreting Pauline epistolarium and, in particular, the Letters to the Galatians and Romans, some authors have discovered that both texts contain apocalyptic motives, or they have postulated their apocalyptic reading. As it has been contended, the main arguments in support of such an interpretation comprise, among other things, the linguistic style as well as imagery drawing on the apocalyptic writings associated with the traditions of the Old Testament. The author of the present article points to the use of terms πάσχω and πάθημα in the letters to the Galatians and Romans and puts forward a hypothesis that in the context of these texts, St. Paul used the theological topos of the Exodus and the means of expression characteristic of apocalyptic which was at the time a popular method of presenting both the meaning of past events and the imperatives arising from the truth about reconciliation with God.Pozycja Ekspresja emocji a subiektywny stan zdrowia. Regulacyjna rola oceny kontrolnej u kobietKulik, Agnieszka; Kajka, Natalia (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)There is no consensus in the psychological literature regarding assessment of the impact that negative emotions exert on health / disease. It is neither clearly defined what role is played by the sense of self-esteem or guilt in this process. The aim of this study is to answer the question: When and how expression of anger is beneficial to health (well-being) and what is the role of control assessment. Subjective health assessment (SHA), intensity and direction of anger expression (AES), guilt (SEC), self-esteem (SES) have been analyzed together with the results in 141 women aged 20-24 years. It has been found out that 1) expression of anger may have positive health implications if it is involved in achieving goals, 2) externally expressed anger benefits health if it is associated with situational guilt, 3) internal anger benefits health if it is not associated with the sense of guilt.Pozycja Maryja jako wzór moralny w encyklikach papieży Benedykta XVI i FranciszkaNiewiadomski, Krzysztof (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)The author of this article analyses the moral issues connected with Mary in encyclicals of Popes Benedict XVI and Francis. The nature of the issues raised in those documents points to the necessity of giving priority in the contemporary praxis of life and theology to theological virtues, also in their social dimension. In this context, Mary constitutes an example of morality brought to perfection due to her openness to the Word of God and the grace of the Holy Spirit.Pozycja „Rok 2015 pod znakiem obchodów dziesiątej rocznicy śmierci Mariana Sawy (1937-2005)”. Czyli o kształtowaniu tożsamości dzieckaGątarek, Izabela (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2016)A sense of identity is considered to be a kind of self-consciousness of man, his judgments, ideas and self-esteem. It is a constant task to perform, which is set to us every day anew because we enter into various interactions each day, gather new experiences, alter or confirm our views or attitudes. We lead internal disputes, hold discussions and talk with other people on a daily basis. Every day, therefore, we have an opportunity to explore our own selves deeper and better. And it is all the more important since the sense of one’s personal identity plays a crucial role in the psychological dimension of human functioning, while loss of identity disorganizes an individual’s personality.
