Pozycja Sprawozdanie z IV Ogólnopolskiej Konferencji Prawa Procesowego „Procedury w sprawach małżeńskich i rodzinnych”Ćwikliński, Grzegorz (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Pozycja Report on the project “School in Action” as a part of Erasmus+ School Staff Mobility in the Middle School no. 2 in ElkKowalska, Katarzyna (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Pozycja M. Miduch, Biografia Boga Ojca, Wydawnictwo WAM, Kraków 2016, ss. 254.Romejko, Adam (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Pozycja Wokół eschatologicznego niepokoju wyrażonego językiem poetyki marzenia w „Pieśni nostalgicznej” Tadeusza GajcegoBrasse, Rafał (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)In “Pieśń nostalgiczna” brightness emerges as an admirable, esoteric essence, filled with cosmic forces. Determined by the lyrical subject with the significant epithets of “strong” and “foreign”, it exerts a strong influence on the world of his spiritual experiences, trying to acquaint him with the final issues. Is brightness that appears over the poetʼs head his “alter ego”, a creation of a dream dramatically highlighting the internal tension caused by the premonition of his impending death? Or, on the contrary, it is quite a distinct, authentic personal being, able to meet the poet within the area delineated by the limits of his own language, and therefore specifically materialize – following Gilbert Durand – as a visible sign in the imagination sphere. Certainly, we cannot answer these questions in the context of purely literary research, and, indeed, we do not even need to, encouraging readers to commune with the mystery which surrounds the emergence of the literary work.Pozycja Istota i znaczenie działalności Krajowej Rady SądownictwaSzewczyk, Roman (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)In the article The nature and the meaning of the activities of National Council of the Judiciary we find a historic view leading to creating of this institution. The council arises as result of the reconstruction of the system in Poland and becomes a constitutional body which stands on the guard of the independence of courts and independences of judges. We find a description of the organizational structure of the institution. The Council consists of the persons fulfilling highest functions in judicial institutions nominated by the President of Poland and the group of the outstanding judges appointed in the way of the election. The competences of the Council concern the important and delicate matter of the judging. Therefore the first group of the competences of the Council refers to undertaking actions in relation to judges and candidates on judges. The second group of the competences was determined in laws and concerns undertaking of resolutions, investigating of motions and presenting of candidates on other important posts in State-institutions related to the judicial power. The National Council of the Judiciary in the matter of the own organization has the total autonomy and through this has an independent position in the political system of the state. This rule expresses herself mainly in exclusive appointing of various internal commissions. Council committees are teams of council members which are her internal organizational units of the auxiliary character, enabling the effective exercise of constitutional and statutory tasks of the Council.Pozycja O strukturach polskiego przepowiadania podczas Eucharystii. Przeszłość – teraźniejszość – przyszłośćSzałanda, Tomasz (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The article entitled The Structures of Polish Preaching during the Eucharist. Past – Present – Future provides only an outline of the issues raised. Its focus is on the major models of preaching during the Holy Mass. From “the past” (the time before the Second Vatican Council), the structure of a sermon has been recalled. From “the present” (the post-conciliar period), the three-level existential-dialogical model (the so-called Polish model) and their three expanded variants have been reported: Fr Mieczysław Brzozowskiʼs, Fr Zbigniew Adamekʼs and Fr Jan Twardyʼs. As the model of “the future”, a structure of the authorʼs own design is proposed. Like those mentioned above, it is based on the existential-dialogical model. Its novelty lies in the proposal that the subject and the aim of the homily should become elements of its structure. In the post-conciliar model of preaching during the Eucharist, these are no longer spoken of in the homily itself as they used to be before the Second Vatican Council. Specifying the subject and aim of the homily has become a “technical activity”, which means they are “non-delivered” elements. I therefore propose that their place in the homily structure should be with the structure and thus connected with the structure. What is more important, however, is the conception of structure “proper”, which the author has based not on hodie – “today” (as Fr J. Twardy) but on hic et nunc – “here and now”. It is the structure proper that reflects the actual character of a homily, in which Christʼs salvific intervention takes place not “today” but “at this moment” – “here and now”.Pozycja (Im)purity in the Media on the Basis of the Films „50 Shades of Grey” and „Caroline”Laskowska, Małgorzata; Marcyński, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Issues related to the eroticism frequently appear in the media and this is the context in which the authors of the following text concentrated on a closely related and yet opposing matter. They decided to ask about the broadly defined chastity and the purity of heart, mind and body (the terms chastity and purity, as well as unchastity and impurity, shall be used interchangeably). How is this topic presented by the contemporary media? Simultaneously, they ask how the issues related to the lack of such purity, e.g. in the physical context, are treated by the media. The authors made an attempt to explain this by presenting a comparative analysis of two films they chose as serving best for their purpose. The first is 50 Shades of Grey, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, and the other Caroline, directed by Dariusz Regucki. During the first stage of this research of notions and chastity and unchastity have been defined, on the basis of the proper reference books. Next, the chosen movies were analysed thoroughly, in order to define the true look of the purity and impurity noticeable in both movies – in their activities, as well as in the behaviour and dialogues of the main protagonists. The third stage of the research assumed creating a synthesis of the material achieved on the basis of analysing the two pictures. At this moment it became possible to present the conclusions, pointing out, first of all, that the media are rather poorly interested in the subject of chastity. However, this inspired the authors to drawing other conclusions in the form of the postulates, concerning how the media presents the subjects of purity and impurity.Pozycja O nominacji ks. Jana Klemensa Gołaszewskiego na biskupa wigierskiego uwag kilkaJodkowski, Marek (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Jan Klements Gołaszewski was born on 23 November 1748 in Kowalewszczyzna in Podole, in a noble family. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1772 at the St. Vincent de Paul Missionary Fathers Congregation in Warsaw. After leaving the congregation he was a parish priest in Pawłowice, and then in his native parish in Waniewo. In the years 1798-1800 he was the vicar in spiritualibus in the Podlasie area. He was one of the close co-operators of the first bishop of the diocese of Wigry Michał Franciszek Karpowicz, who appointed Rev. Gołaszewski as a vicar general and judicial vicar. After the death of Bishop Karpowicz he was put up by the Prussian administration as a candidate for the position of the bishop of Wigry. The Prussian authorities also considered the translation of Bishop Józef Miaskowski from Warsaw to Wigry. Finally, the King of Prussia approved the election of Gołaszewski for the bishop of the diocese of Wigry in spring 1804. The information process and official procedures involved in receiving the Holy Seeʼs approval of the nomination and consecration of a priest entailed the necessity of substantial payments, which Gołaszewski was unable to make. His preconization took place on 26 June 1806. Napoleonʼs campaign and the unstable political situation became a direct reason for the postponing of the episcopal consecration of the nominee. It finally took place on 5 March 1809 in Warsaw (in the times of the Duchy of Warsaw). Bishop Gołaszewski died on 8 March 1820.Pozycja Zagrożenia związane z pracą zawodową. Refleksje teologa moralistySmykowski, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)Professional work is often connected with dangers for human life and health. Employees are exposed for misadventures and professional illnesses. In some professions this risk can be very high. On the other hand work is very important in human life. It ensures integral human development. Hence, man can do his job although some risk can be connected with it. Prerequisite for this kind of activity is using all available means for health and safety. In such situation possible misadventure is only the effect of coincidence, which cannot be predicted. Responsibility for health and safety at work is common duty of employees, employers and state authorities. Employees are mainly responsible for their mental and physical condition, employers for worksite and authorities for reasonable labour legislation.
