The interwar period was characterized by the development of many social, economic, cultural and political organizations. The author describes the structure, development and achievements of Catholic associations. Those associations dominated at that time. Before the author goes on to review them, he explains the name of a Catholic association. The Association of University Youth „Regeneration” has been presented most broadly, aside to other youth organizations, professional organizations and Catholic Action. The author emphasizes that those associations, in their ideological principles were precursors of the social doctrine of the post-councillar Church. One should take full advantage of those experiences now when one seeks after a new organizational form for Catholic associations.
