Pozycja Argument sensotwórczy na wiarygodność Kościoła w świetle nauczania Jana Pawła IIKaucha, Krzysztof (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)Making solid arguments for the credibility of the Church is necessary especially today because the meaning of the Church is often misunderstood and she is criticised and turned down by some people. In scientific searching the issue of the credibility of the Church some could see the progress in Poland thanks to outstanding theologians, among them Rev. Prof. Jerzy Cuda, who is the pioneer in showing the sense-creative credibility of the Christian Revelation which was clear to John Paul II. Sense-creative argument is actual especially today, when the western culture or doubts in objective and transcendental sense of human life, or shows only ‘partial’ senses which do not answer a question about the final sense and do not satisfy the most important need of human person – the need of full sense. The content of this article has been devided into four parts: foundation of the sense-creative argument, sense of human life, it’s vocative sense and the sense of human life in confront with the so called theodiceal problem.Pozycja Ateizm jako źródło niepokojów ludzkichDrożdż, Alojzy (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)In the presented article, Author draws attention to the main types of atheism these days. He assumes that at the root of all kinds of atheism lies “anthropological error”. Taking personal anthropology, he claims that without it, the meaningful dialogue with current atheism, is impossible. He draws on teaching of The Second Vatican Council and on the message that: “without God remain only ruins of human morality”. In the second part of publication, Author expands main assumption of prevalent “playful atheism” (ironic). It is widely promoted especially by significant part of the media and all of today’s anthropological ideologies. In the third part Author shows different kinds of alienation of today’s human. These alienation have their source in “anthropological error” and finally in ethical permissiveness. Abstrakt 2 –Pozycja Bł. Johna Henry’ego kard. Newmana (1801–1890) teologia sumieniaSurmiak, Wojciech (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)Newman’s teaching of conscience unites originality and continuity. His originality manifests itself especially with regard to the Catholic theology of his era. Through his Anglican background, Newman belonged to a culture and the philosophical tradition, each of which was growing apart from the Catholic Church. Through dialogue – and often polemic – with his contemporaries, he was successful in handing on in a new language the contents of the faith and of religious experience, used concepts drawn from his own time, although not without renewing them profoundly.Pozycja Pozycja Dramaturgia metafory panowania Boga. Sekwencja, kontekst i kontynuacja przypowieści (Mk 4)Malina, Artur (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)Pozycja El amor conyugal y su relevancia en el ámbito canónico de la época postconsiliar. Unas reflexiones en cuanto a la doctrina canónica polacaRyguła, Piotr (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)The article undertakes the topic of marital love and its significance in postconciliar canon law. There are some canonists who maintain that this kind of love (or the lack of it) flows into the legal validity of canonical marriage. The article focuses in principle on Polish doctrine of the subject. After outlining the basic ideas of the Second Vatican Council on conjugal love, the author of the article moves to an analysis of the writings of Polish canonists and theologians. Among them, he enumerates and analyses the texts of Z. Grocholewski, W. Góralski, J. Laskowski, T. Pawluk, E. Sztafrowski, K. Wojtyła, M. Żurawski. It seems that diverse opinions about the influence of marital love on the validity of canonical marriage flow from the differences in understanding of love itself, what produces the different valuation of the mentioned influence. In general terms, the impact of love on canon law formulations is greater in authors who underline the element of will in love. To the contrary, authors who underline the less precise emotional side of love are not willing to attribute to it greater juridical meaning and, consequently, its possible impact on the validity of marriage.Pozycja Eschatyczna przemiana świataRusecki, Marian (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)Pozycja Pozycja Indissolubilitas... quae ratione sacramenti peculiarem obtinet firmitatem (kan. 1056). Uwagi o relacji nierozerwalność–sakrament małżeństwaPastwa, Andrzej (Księgarnia Św. Jacka, 2011)This paper is based on the following statement of Pope Benedict XVI taken from his address to the Roman Rota on the Indissolubility of Marriage (29 January 2010): “...existential, person-centered and relational consideration of the conjugal union can never be at the expense of indissolubility, an essential property which, in Christian marriage, obtains, with unity, a special firmness by reason of the sacrament (cf. CIC, can. 1056)”. The essential message of Pope Benedict XVI can be expressed in this way: In our days the rule of indissolubility of marriage, rooted in the mystery of Creation and Redemption, is obscured and distorted. This fact creates the urgent need for deeper reflection on the relationship between indissolubility and sacrament. More precisely, having in mind renewed anthropology, it is necessary to find an answer to the question: How to understand firmitas? – the key category of the canonical norm quoted by the Pope. The magisterium of Pope Benedict XVI, especially his speeches to the Roman Rota (2006-2010), allows for the formulation of a thesis on the genetic foundation of the sacramental dimension of marriage in the “lifelong” character of union between man and woman. Consequently, the indissolubility (essential quality of marriage) – seen in a personal and historical perspective of consortium totius vitae – appears as an institutional expression of the power of the bond of the “covenant of conjugal love”.Pozycja Izrael ludem jedynego BogaMałecki, Zdzisław (Księgarnia Św.
