Pozycja Hieronimowa krytyka pelagianizmu w Dialogu przeciw pelagianomMularczyk-Budzan, Anita (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II, 2014)Saint Jerome in the battle of pelagianism not differed essentially from other theologians of grace, for example St. Augustine. However Vulgata’s author had the opportunity to meet with Pelagius earlier than Augustine. He doesn’t avoid controversial statements, especially in disputes with pelagians. At the same time he was master of the beautiful expressions. Many times he was inconsistent in theological reflection. Probably therefore he doesn’t enjoy great popularity between contem porary theologians. This publication, based on the Dialogus contra pelagianos and Jerome’s Letters reaction against pelagianism and Pelagius. First of all, based on the Dialogus contra pelagianos and the Jerome’s Letters, is an attem pt to show the Jerome’s reaction against pelagianism and Pelagius in the first half on 5th century. Using the method theological, historical and linguistical. First, I want to emphasize the most im portant theological problems about which he wrote. Next - I want to talk about distinguishing marks his criticism of pelagianism and show this criticism in context theology of grace West Church (Latin Church) the first half of the 5th century.Pozycja Powołanie w jesieni życia według św. In this article, the author deals with the question of pastoral implications in the encyclical Sollicitudo rei socialis issued in 1987. The first part discusses the origins and socio - political context of the papal document. The second part presents the main ideas contained in the encyclical. The author analyses the range of problems present in the m odern world, shows the integral understanding of human development and indicates the relationship between solidarity and peace. In the third and final part of the article, the author emphasizes the relevance of various aspects of the message contained in the encyclical and form ulates particular indications for pastoral work. Recently, the Publishing House Znak printed this Private notes (Krakow 2014) giving to the publicity to know the spiritual life of Karol Wojtyła – John Paul II. The Private notes are some kind of “diary of the soul” showing deeper life with God of Karol Wojtyła as bishop of Krakow, cardinal and pope. They are giving the possibility to enter in the mystery of the soul of John Paul II, to know his life of prayer, meditation and his relation to God and to Blessed Virgin Mary.Pozycja Duchowość osób konsekrowanych w świetle adhortacji Jana Pawła II Vita consecrataGogola, Jerzy Wiesław (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II, 2014)Refleksja uwzględnia problematykę zawartą w temacie, skupiając się na jego trzech zasadniczych składowych: koncepcji duchowości życia konsekrowanego, jego tożsamości, z której wynika styl życia i działania powołanych w myśl zasady: „agere sequitur esse”, oraz na jej reprezentacyjnych cechach sprowadzonych za przykładem struktury adhortacji Vita consecrata do trzech: konsekracja, komunia i misja. Duchowość traktujemy jako przejaw ducha ucznia Chrystusa wezwanego szczególnym powołaniem do radykalnego pójścia za Nim drogą zakonnej konsekracji. Ponieważjest to także zewnętrzny przejaw ducha, istotna jest tożsamość osoby, która powinna egzystować w sposób „godny powołania”, a przez to dawać świadectwo zbawczej obecności Boga w dzisiejszym świecie w sposób niemal bezwiedny. Trzy cechy charakterystyczne duchowości osoby konsekrowanej określają jednocześnie jej tożsamość: osoba oddana przez śluby rad ewangelicznych Bogu; osoba komunii z Bogiem i braćmi oraz prorok-świadek wielkich dzieł Bożych, które realizują się w słabym człowieku. The article proves that the papal teaching about the laity is a continuation of the teaching of The Second Vatican Council and also brings some new elements. The particular attention paid to the communion dimension of the Church should be emphasized. The issues discussed in the paper are as follows: different ways of understanding Christian mysticism; history of salvation and the way it is the basis of the mysticism. The act of creation in which each human being receives Lord’s image and resemblance, as well as the vocation for happiness. This harmony was destroyed by sin. Therefore Lord in His love begins the process of renewing man being, so as he may become new creature in Jesus Christ. God-man invites people to relationship with Him and with the other people. Spiritual relationship shows the way to the Lord and encourages to follow the Lord who works and rests and helps to regain true Lord picture; example of Christian mysticism and cooperation in the process of renewing human being.Pozycja Wkład ks. Aleksandra Jełowickiego CR w dzieło formacji duchowieństwaMleczko, Wojciech (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II, 2014)Father Aleksander Jelowicki (1804-1877), Resurrectionist, was a gifted preacher, author, translator and publisher of religious books, as well as the first and long-standing rector of the Polish Catholic Mission in France (Paris). As a faithful follower of Servant of God Bogdan Jański (1807-1840), Jelowicki contributed to clergy formation in many fields: working for the renewal of the Greek College and the foundation of the Polish College in Rome; helping Polish priest-émigrés after the failure of the January Uprising (1863-1864); publishing religious books. In his letters, Fr. Jelowicki left many still up-to-date thoughts and directives concerning vocational discernment, seminary formation as well as the life and service of a priest.
