    Chrystologiczne podstawy proekologicznej działalności Kościoła
Wilczkiewicz, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
The modern world was affected by an ecological crisis, which states a challenge for all the human race, as well as a sign of the times. Also the Catholic Church devotes in overcoming it, especially by the actions of catholic laity, which shape the temporal order. Christians find a supernatural motivation to be concerned about the created world in their faith. It is the person and creation of Jesus Christ himself. Because of his incarnation, He sanctified the material world, by entering into it. By accomplishing the work of salvation, not only did He deliver from taint of sins the people of all times, but also the whole creation. While residing on Earth, during his worldly life, He communed with nature and embraced it in a moral decent way. Incarnation, redemption and the attitude of Jesus make up a crucial premise for the whole activity of the Church.

Bractwa w kościołach franciszkańskich w Polsce w okresie potrydenckim (XVI-XVIII wiek)
Mączka, Adam (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
In the 16th century, the trend of traditional religiosity was developing simultaneously with the top-down Tridentine reform. The dynamism of this trend of popular piety had its source in the late medieval process of deeper penetration of Christianity into the consciousness and life of the general public. This religious trend was expressed in fraternities, which became one of the forms of Catholic revival in Poland after the Council of Trent. The Council of Trent emphasized the fundamental organizational bond of the fraternities with the Church and specified their specificity and subjected them to the direct jurisdiction of the Holy See and the local bishop. A characteristic feature of the fraternities was their universality and omnipotence; members were recruited from people of different classes and professions. The friars of St. Francis, in the post-Tridentine period, they expanded the area of their social and religious influence, consolidating three new, popular church fraternities at their churches. A reflection of this situation was the Franciscan church in Krakow, next to which in the 16th /17th century were founded three typical Franciscan fraternities: the Cord of St. Francis (1587), the Passion of Christ (1595), St. Anthony (1664). The fraternities took advantage of the spiritual direction of the Franciscan friars and enjoyed numerous privileges and indulgences that the friars were seeking. The activity of fraternities in Franciscan churches was a characteristic phenomenon of Catholic renewal after the Council of Trent. The Franciscans, along with other Mendicant orders, entered this trend in an impressive way, because thanks to their commitment and work, the integration of social groups on the religious, spiritual, cultural and charitable level contributed to the renewal of the Church and Polish society.

Oczekiwania katolików rozwiedzionych żyjących w nowych związkach wobec duszpasterskiego towarzyszenia
Kuczmarska, Elżbieta (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
Pastoral accompaniment should be inspired by the love of God. It plays a particularly important role in ministering to Catholics who are divorced and living in new relationships. The article presents the expectations of divorced Catholics living in new relationships towards pastoral accompaniment, based on research conducted in Poland. It also contains pastoral conclusions. Respondents expect pastoral accompaniment to understand their situation, personal reasons and reasons for living in a new relationship, to discern the possibility of receiving absolution and Holy Communion, to organize retreats, to help them open up to God’s love, and to support them in forgiving themselves and others. The answer to these expectations should be a parish ministry that allows for personal communication, gentle and respectful treatment and gradual integration into the life of the parish. This approach can inspire hope, trust and openness towards the Church. Reception, accompaniment and spiritual discernment enables gradual integration into the community of the Church.

Oczekiwania małżonków wobec duszpasterskiego wsparcia miłości małżeńskiej
Korgul, Grzegorz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
The sacrament of marriage is part of the natural pursuit of love by a man and a woman. In it, the spouses receive support from God Himself. The task of pastors and the entire Church community is to strengthen the spouses in their sacramental love. This process is called pastoral accompaniment. Research has shown that an increase in the expectations of strengthening marital love is influenced by the spouses’ attitude to faith, membership in groups and associations and the length of their marriage. The pastoral challenge is to strengthen the faith of the spouses, to involve more and more couples in groups and associations and to care for couples with shorter marriages.

    Religiosity of the Slovakian Roma
Jarmoch, Edward (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
Religiosity of the Romani has been shaped by their history, which occupies an important role in their social identity. It manifests itself in the dominant religion of the country they live in, whether Lutheran, Catholic, Orthodox, Muslim, or other. The aim of this article is to analyse and present religiosity of the Romani in Slovakia in terms of its basic parameters (faith and beliefs, religious knowledge, religious practice, opinions and moral behaviour). The article is based on the results of the social studies performed in 2018 by Reverend Martin Majda, a professor at the Institute of Theology at Catholic University in Ružomberok. The majority of the Romani in Slovakia belong to the Roman Catholic Church. Their religiosity can be characterised by a specific interpretation of the truths of the faith, e.g. a greater belief in God rather than in the last things. What is more, it bears the traits of folk religiosity, incorporating elements of individual beliefs and rituals, reflecting the Romanis’ ethnic origin. Although knowledge is not a sine qua non of identifying oneself with a particular faith, it correlates with religiosity and is worth studying. A great role is attributed to obligatory religious practices, realised on Sundays and during Holy Days, as they affect religiosity of the Romani. There is a diversity of opinions concerning religious morality. What is challenged are the norms of morality adhered to by married couples and families, especially the norms related to human sexuality.

Auf der Suche nach der Wahrheit Gottes – neues Selbstverständnis der Kirche
Hartmann, Richard (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2021)
After the great loss of credibility in her authority, the structure of the Catholic Church is in the central process of transformation. The Synodal Path in Germany is an attempt to allow others to recognize the transition from an objectivist to a communicative understanding of the truth. The process is not primarily about concrete reform proposals that are acceptable to the majority. Rather, the questions concerning both the unity of faith and the hermeneutic processes of formulating faith are in the center of attention.
