Pozycja Biblijny model ewangelizacji. Propozycja dla formacji świeckich w Kościele prawosławnymWalkowiak, Kinga (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Obrona i promocja praw człowieka w dialoguWal, Jan (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)The article addresses the problem of the defense and promotion of human rights in dialogue. The defense and promotion of basic human values, including human rights, are so essential that they have become an integral part of dialogue. In the debate on the theme of human rights, divine laws should be taken as a starting point, since according to believers, human laws have their origin in nature created by God Himself. The next stage of reflection presents briefly the development of human rights, their characteristic features, a range of entitlements and duties and shows the main spheres of dialogue in the field. The framework of dialogue includes reflection on natural law and the problems of systematization, integration, hierarchy and the application of human rights. The further part of the article focuses on a practical orientation of dialogue related to human rights. A definition of dialogue – comprehensive and acceptable in the academic world – should be assumed; conditions imposed by dialogue need to be fulfilled. Moreover, the means appropriate from logical, ethical and praxeological points of view need to be applied. Dialogue concerning human rights should be conducted on the level of experts (legal-theoretical dialogue) as well as on an ordinary level (educational and pastoral – practical dialogue). The dialogue constitutes an important stage of departure from dullness and irony of postmodern human existence; it approaches homo interpretans (man as intepretor) et eligens (a person able to make responsible choices).Pozycja Moving to the Campus 613th Academic Year at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in KrakowSzczurek, Jan Daniel (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Błogosławiona Jolenta Arpadówna jako Ducissa PoloniaeStefaniak, Piotr (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Pamięć w myśleniu religijnym. Kultura wspominania, zapominania i nadzieiŚnieżyński, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)The aim of the present considerations was to scrutinize the presence of memory in religious thinking. The research field was Jewish and Christian religious memory (tradition), viewed in formal and objective aspects. Some modes of memory (recalling, forgetting, hope) are discussed, and God’s faithful memory of man and the drama of human forgetfulness about God are indicated as well. The presented analyses, albeit limited and fragmentary of necessity, can serve as a creative impulse to launch investigations on the relations between religious memory and modem times. Today, we witness the rise of numerous problems in this field in connection with an unexpected return of religion to our current reality, as none of the following have come true: predictions of the onset of a “completely religionless era” (D. Bonhoeffer) or the hopes of 19th and 20th century critics of religion who wanted to reduce it to socio-psychological relations, such as reaction to social injustice (K. Marx), compensation of weakness (F. Nietzsche) or childhood neurosis (S. Freud). Though still hesitantly, religion is making its way back to culture, and this entails the necessity of defining its proper place in the modem society. In this respect, the present times open a huge research field for the philosophy of religion, one of the crucial areas of investigation being reflection on the specificity of religious memory.Pozycja „Corpus Christi”. Wszystkie wymienione elementy są konstytutywne dla wspólnotowej natury Kościoła (communio).Pozycja Istota nihilizmu i sposób jego przezwyciężenia według Fryderyka NietzschegoRożdżeński, Roman (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Wybrane korelaty przekonań postkrytycznychŚliwak, Jacek; Zarzycka, Beata (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Inspired by the thinking of Ricoeur, Wulff proposed a new and interesting approach the subject of religion. According to Wulff there are four vies on religion which can be put in twodimensional space. The article describes Wulff theoretical model and discusses its usefulness in empirical research of religiousness. Then The Hutsebaut Post-critical Belief Scale (PCBS) is presented. The last part of the paper supports results of empirical research on connection between post critical belies and some psychological factors.Pozycja Tłumaczenie czy interpretacja? Terminy zawierające rdzeń ερμην- w pismach Nowego TestamentuPindel, Roman (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Die Frage nach der integralen Ekklesiologie von heuteNapiórkowski, Andrzej (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Niniejszy artykuł pomyślany jest jako postulat i przyczynek do konstrukcji eklezjologii integralnej. Pozycja Stanowisko Urzędu Nauczycielskiego Kościoła wobec projektów legalizacji związków między osobami homoseksualnymiKrzywda, Józef (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Skutki kanoniczne i cywilne biologicznego ojcostwa duchownychKroczek, Piotr (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)The article aims to untangle some problems concern the situation of a clergy who is a biological father. First of all, the issue of celibacy in presented in terms of canon law. Next the punishable deeds against celibacy are listed and that leads to related Church penalties and way of their application. A procedure of proceedings in such a case is proposed. The following part includes a presentation of civil legal effects of the situation in question: an establishment of paternity and alimony. The final conclusion is that appliance of canons must be done with equitas canonica, and the respect for the rights and duties of all parts involved in such a dramatic case: a child, a woman, a clergy and the Church.Pozycja Księdza Rokosznego pochwała SienkiewiczaKida, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)The death of Henryk Sienkiewicz in Vevey in Switzerland on 15 November 1916 had farreaching repercussions on Polish land. Apart from the tragedy of the Polish nation tom by the conquerors and sufferings caused by the World War there was the pain resulting from the loss of the most outstanding Polish writer, the Nobel prize winner in 1905. In the sermons delivered during numerous requiem masses the life and literary achievements of Henryk Sienkiewicz were mentioned. The article analyses one of such sermons delivered by Rev. Józef Rokoszny in Radom entitled Mowa na nabożeństwie żałobnym za spokój duszy Henryka Sienkiewicza. In a beautiful combination of words the author included a lot of precious thoughts “to raise the compatriots’ spirits”.Pozycja Idea ubóstwa w Kościele pierwszych trzech wiekówKasprzak, Dariusz (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Neither contemporary historical-critical analysis nor theological biases of the New Testaments allowed us to regard the Consecrated Life as a reveled one. Jesus is not named directly “poor” in the Gospel. The Christian institution of consecrated poverty is an theological creation constituted by ascetic analysis of some Jesus words and attitudes. According to the NT the “poor” are those which receive freely given salvation and live in community of Redeemer disciples. In the early Church didn't exist unambiguous model of poverty yet. It caused different ascetic interpretations of the possession and use of material goods: the naturalistic approach, begging in the name of God, the existence thanks to apostolic work, apostolate and paid work, renunciation of private possession and life in the Christian community. The idea of radical renunciation of possession didn’t exist in that early patristic period of the Church. The majority of people converted to Christianity originated from poor social class. The only distinction was that Christians believed in the Kingdom of God and hoped of better eternal life. Since the 4th century the passage of the Cor. 8, 9 had been referred to the idea of Christ’s perfect poverty in its soteriological interpretation. God in His Incarnated Son humbled Himself so that the man may receive God and return to God.Pozycja Sumienie jako uzdolnienie i osąd w ujęciu Bernarda HäringaKaraś, Antoni (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Ireneuszowa formuła gloria Dei vivens homo jako transcendentna definicja człowieka w magisterium Jana Pawła IIGryz, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Pozycja Patrocinia w prepozyturze kieleckiej i dekanatu radomskiego w okresie przedrozbiorowymGrabkowski, Marcin (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)The present article presents the dedications occurring between 11th and 18th century in the area of Kielce provostry and Radom deanery – the units of church administration embraced by Kraków diocese and located in the south-eastern part of Poland. The article depicts a group of churches’ and selected altars’ invocations. Owing to this, it was possible to choose the oldest and the most popular cults in the indicated area. Such a ready list of invocations was also used to analyse particular churches’ and altars’ invocations. Among others, their durability was considered – whether a given dedication was disappearing or was just becoming less popular. Moreover, the so called complex dedications were examined. Besides, the cults, which were deeply rooted in the area of Kielce provostry and Radom deanery and considerably affected the stagnation in numerous sacral objects’ invocations, were taken into consideration.Pozycja Boska harmonia stworzonego świata w „Kolędzie gospodarskiej” Jacka Liberiusza (1599-1673)Godawa, Marcin (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)“Kolęda Gospodarska (“A Household Gift ) by a Polish priest Jacek Liberiusz (1599-1673) issued in Cracow in 1669 represents lay old-Polish tradition of giving some gifts on A New Year’s Day but it bears also a religious character referring to the circle of Christmas. The work contains two cycles of sermons directed to various social classes titled respectively: “Kolęda na Nowe lato” (“A Gift on A New Year”) and “Kolęda na Trzy Króle” (“A Gift on Three Kings”). His work reveals the very optimistic vision of harmonious world which results from the fact of being created by God and it consists of four dimensions i.e. space, time, Holy Scripture and an area of social life. Within the latter component two groups are distinguished: the social states which stay in harmony with God’s plan through the fulfillment of their duties and the states which negative marks are ascribed to. The Liberiusz’ achievement ought to be perceived as a realization of the demands of well-formed and successful Catholic reform (so called Counter-Reformation), built on the Tridentinum teaching, Aristotle’s philosophy and Christian stoicism, which after the deep religion crisis (Reformation) and also the cultural breakthrough (Mannerism) was promoting during the XVII century a coherent vision of the world and the man’s position inside.Pozycja Aktywny udział człowieka w „nocy ciemnej” jako realizacja procesu samowychowania. Na podstawie „Drogi na Górę Karmel” św. Jana od KrzyżaGodawa, Grzegorz (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)Correctly implemented educational process aims at self-education as its most mature phase. It is based on the subject’s activity reflected in the involvement in the creation of one’s self. Man’s contact with God is a specific area of the implementation of self-education where man’s powers are being prepared to achieve complete deification. The broad perspective on man’s involvement in the process of purification based on Ascent of Mount Carmel by St. John of the Cross makes it possible to relate mystical experiences to educational theory. In this way, the understanding of self-education becomes deeper and broader in scope.Pozycja Status prawny uczelni papieskich w PolsceDyduch, Jan (Wydawnictwo Naukowe Uniwersytetu Papieskiego Jana Pawła II w Krakowie, 2010)
