Treść pojęcia „nowa ewangelizacja” według Jana Pawła II

Abstract

Istnieje wiele terminów, przy pomocy których określa się całokształt działania Kościoła. Dla Soboru Watykańskiego II, z zasady, istotnym słowem – „kluczem” jest słowo apostolstwo, w nauce posoborowej teolodzy posługują się słowem ewangelizacja, natomiast sługa Boży Jan Paweł II nie przekreśla treści słów apostolstwo, czy ewangelizacja, podkreśla jednak treść, która zawiera się w terminie: nowa ewangelizacja. Należy wydobyć treści tych słów kluczowych: apostolstwo, ewangelizacja i nowa ewangelizacja oraz wyrażeń im podobnych. Nowa ewangelizacja według Jana Pawła II nie polega na głoszeniu „nowej ewangelii”, której źródłem bylibyśmy my sami, nasza kultura, nasze rozumienie potrzeb człowieka. Według papieża nowa ewangelizacja to głoszenie ewangelii zawsze nowej i zawsze niosącej nowość, która musi być prowadzona „z nową gorliwością, nowymi metodami i z zastosowaniem nowych środków wyrazu” (vs 106).There are many terms which indicate the action of the whole Church. In the analysis of the whole work of evangelization there are three principal words. For the Second Vatican Council, an important word is the apostolate. Theologians of Vatican II use the word evangelization, and John Paul II does not invalidate the content of the words apostolate, or evangelization, but emphasizes the essence of word new evangelization. It is to show the contents of these keywords: apostolate, evangelization and new evangelization, and similar expressions to them in this article. The new evangelization, according to John Paul II, is not the proclamation of the new gospel, which would be the source of ourselves, our culture, our understanding of human needs. New evangelization according to the Holy Father's is the proclamation of the gospel, “which is always new and always the bearer of new things, an evangelization, which must be »new in its ardour, methods and expression«” (vs 106).
