Struktura dialogu z chatbotem w ujęciu mediolingwistycznym

Abstract

Dialogi z chatbotami są coraz częściej wykorzystywane w różnych dziedzinach życia społecznego. Celem badań zaprezentowanych w artykule jest opis struktury dialogu z chatbotami konwersacyjnymi, w tym progresji tematycznej. Badania przeprowadzono w nurcie mediolingwistycznym, uwzględniając uwarunkowania technologiczne i komunikacyjne. Wynikiem badań jest wskazanie cech charakterystycznych dialogu z chatbotem konwersacyjnym ze względu na medialno-komunikacyjne i technologiczne zmienne.Dialogues with chatbots are increasingly used in various areas of social life. The aim of the research presented in the article is to describe the structure of dialogue with conversational chatbots, including thematic progression. The research was carried out in the medialinguistic approach, taking into account technological and communication conditions. The result of the research is an indication of the characteristics of a dialogue with a conversational chatbot due to media-communication and technological variables.
