Abstrakt
In the first part of the article the author gives the main lines of the interpretation of the term Jews in the Fourth Gospel. In the second one he discusses the reasons of the polemics of Jesus with the “Jews” in Johannine Gospel describing Jewish formula Birkat ha-Minim (blessing of pagans). In the third one the author introduces the main subjects of the polemics of Jesus with the “Jews” (relation to the law; Jesus as the teacher; Jesus as the new Temple). In his conclusions the author underlines in accordance with the Last document of the Pontifical Biblical Commission - “The Jewish people and his Holy Scriptures in the Christian Bible” that the Gospel of John is not Anti-Judaistic.
