Abstrakt
The present research paper discusses the origins of the Salesian Family Missal. It begins with an outline of its etiology highlighting the causes of the Missal’s origin. Next, the author presents the stages of its development beginning with the first and the second Salesian Family Missals, until its edition in Polish. Each of these missals was discussed in detail and characterized with regard to the contemporary calendar of the Salesian Family.
