Dramatyzacja „mandatum fratrum” w świetle Mszału Jagiellonów

Abstract

Texts of liturgical drama are an important source of information about the liturgy and help specify a given liturgical musical tradition. This catalog expands Missale Paulinorum which features, e.g. mandatum. The conducted study provides evidence that the Pauline mandatum is convergent with the Franciscan one. Comparison of both texts evidences that the Franciscan edition was original and Missale Paulinorum from Jasna Gora was its expanded version. However, it cannot be excluded that the author of the book from Jasna Gora could have based on some other sources. Lack of musical notation in the Pauline codex hinders a more detailed research. Therefore, the conclusions are only fragmentary and require further study.Teksty dramatyzacji stanowią ważne źródło poznania liturgii oraz pomagają określić tradycję liturgiczno-muzyczną. Katalog ten poszerza Missale Paulinorum, zamieszczający mandatum. Przeprowadzone studium pozwala stwierdzić, iż paulińskie mandatum jest zbieżne z franciszkańskim. Z porównania obydwu przekazów wynika, iż redakcja franciszkańska była pierwotna, natomiast jasnogórska mogłaby być jej poszerzeniem. Nie można także wykluczyć jeszcze innego źródła, na którym mógł się wzorować redaktor księgi jasnogórskiej. Podjęcie dogłębnych studiów utrudnia brak w kodeksie paulińskim zapisu muzycznego. Z tego względu wyprowadzone wnioski mają charakter cząstkowy i wymagają dalszego badania.
