Formacja moralna według Eduarda Levy’ego SJ

The problem of difficulties in the moral upbringing of children and youth is being increasingly undertaken in literature. The weakening of authorities and questioning of the existence of objective moral norms make it more difficult for parents, catechists, and formators to implement effective moral formation. A Mexican Jesuit, Eduardo Levy, presents an interesting way of answering these challenges. In his formation program Encuentro con Cristo, he tries to adjust the content and form of the message so that it helps to put the moral principles to practice in everyday life. In his opinion, it allows ethical norms to have more chances to become a part of the pupils’ value system. Eduardo Levy strives for the simplicity of the message, diversity of the forms, and parents’ involvement in the process.
Zwierzęta towarzyszące człowiekowi ery cyfrowej

The paper deals with changes in human relations with other people and with animals caused by digital transformation. The authors question the socio-cultural value of observed changes in the perspective of critical sociology. Based on their own observations, using the achievements of leading representatives of sociology and philosophy, they present the negative consequences of digital transformation, which are reflected in conditio humana. The paper aims to answer the question whether the ongoing technological progress and the global direction of change constitute the right model for the future.
La lettura del disagio scolastico alla luce del modello bioecologico di Bronfenbrenner. Una ricerca nelle scuole secondarie di Kara in Togo

This paper addresses the issue of selected behavioural problems connected with attitudes of secondary school students in the light of the Bronfenbrenner’s bioecological model of human development (PPCT). The empirical research was carried out among 931 students (including 47.5% girls) of the average age of 18.69 from secondary schools in the city of Kara in Togo. The research focused on the students’ specific cultural context and problems experienced at school, which may, in a synergistic effect, lead to the emergence and deepening of school discomfort. The study of school discomfort should always take into account the cultural, personal and historical context of students. This is extremely important for the validity of scientific research and its social relevance.
Kształcenie zdalne na uczelniach wyższych. Analiza badań w czasie pandemii SARS-CoV-2 na przykładzie Kujawsko-Pomorskiej Szkoły Wyższej w Bydgoszczy

Zakażenie koronawirusem (COVID-19) w latach 2020-2021 stało się poważnym problemem dotyczącym zdrowia publicznego na całym świecie. Konkretne restrykcje pandemiczne wprowadziły zdalne nauczanie w szkołach i uczelniach. Zdalny model nauczania sprowokował refleksje nad kształceniem również na uczelniach wyższych. Niniejsze opracowanie jest więc analizą badań dokonanych wśród studentów Kujawsko-Pomorskiej Szkoły Wyższej w Bydgoszczy. Wnioski dotyczą głównie napotykanych problemów w trakcie procesu nauczania, korzyści, zalet i wad oraz metod kształcenia. Zwrócono uwagę na przygotowanie wykładowców, rozwój kulturowy podczas pandemii, relacje między studentami i wykładowcami. Przesłanie badań uwypukla strony pozytywne, ale ukazuje też mankamenty obecnego systemu edukacji na uczelniach oraz próbuje poddać dyskusji kształcenie w perspektywie „dzisiaj”, „jutro” i „pojutrze”.
Dzieje „Księżówki” Ewangelicko-Augsburskiej w Wiśle

The regaining of independence by Poland in 1918 gave rise to great hopes. Very quickly it turned out that one of the most important tasks to be accomplished, was to improve the health of the Polish nation damaged by prolonged war and years of partitions. Sanatoriums, health houses and holiday homes had to be built urgently. The state was counting on the help of Poles, especially those who had a fixed income. In such circumstances, in the early twenties of the twentieth century already, teachers, military personnel, police officers, railwaymen, postal workers and other professional groups set up associations and foundations whose purpose was to build and then maintain (on a voluntary basis taxation) all types of health and recreation resorts. Priests of different religions also participated in this social process. The purpose of this article is to present the circumstances of construction and the effects of the activity of the Evangelical-Augsburg “Księżówka” opened in the summer of 1934 in Wisła. With the outbreak of World War II, “Księżówka” was taken over by the German administration. After the war, the resort has been “nationalized”. At first, local high schools operated there, and then a guest house for the Voivodship Committee of the Polish United Workers’ Party was established. It was only in 1991 – after strenuous efforts – when Evangelical-Augsburg “Księżówka” returned to their rightful owners.
Edypalny charakter relacji pomiędzy religiami Abrahamowymi

The basic research problem presented in the article is expressed by the question about the cause of the tension between Judaism, Christianity and Islam, and about the importance of this fact for social life. It is shown here on the example of the tension between Christianity and Judaism, limiting the analysis of the discourse to selected fragments of the New Testament. On the theoretical level, the psychoanalytical tradition as perceived by Jacques Lacan and Paul Ricœur was referred to. In the conclusions of the study it was found that the development of monotheistic religions follows the Oedipal structure. The originators of new salvation scenarios unconsciously enter into the form of their predecessors, becoming their embodiment.

The paper contains an analysis of views on the idea of “West Russianism” of the well-known Belarusian historian, Valeriy Cherepitsa. The issue of the origins of the idea itself and the life and work of its creator, Mikhail Koyalovich, were of significant importance in Valeriy Cherepitsa’s views. In the context of “West Russianism” Cherepitsa investigated also other problems connected with the history of Belarus, being not indifferent, however, to the process of reconstruction of the “West Russianism” ideology into “Western Neo- Russianism”.

This elaboration, belonging to the field of legal phenomenology, deals with the question of the quality of law; the issues which are naturally, inextricably linked with each contemporary legal system. The study makes certain proposals according to which the quality of law does not belong to the sphere of normative technique nor is it identified with the mere observance of the legislative regulations. Rather, it concerns the field of research; something that is inseparably linked with the concept of the theory of law and its necessary development. The Author distances himself from the traditional ways of dealing with the present topic, proceeding rather towards new methodological and doctrinal horizons.
Szkoła bractwa cerkiewnego we Lwowie w polskich badaniach naukowych

Artykuł omawia działalność edukacyjną prowadzoną przez prawosławne bractwa we Lwowie w drugiej połowie XVI i XVII wieku. Podstawą analizy są prace wybranych polskich historyków. Zwrócono uwagę na podręczniki historii chrześcijaństwa w Polsce oraz prace monograficzne poświęcone szczegółowym problemom związanym z dziejami Kościoła prawosławnego na ziemiach ruskich państwa polsko-litewskiego w XVI i XVII wieku. Poddano analizie również artykuły, w których pojawia się problem działalności edukacyjnej bractwa lwowskiego.
Hierarchia wartości nieletnich przestępców i jej możliwe związki z zachowaniami przestępczymi

Value theory defines values as an essential, normative factor determining an individual’s behavior, and superior to beliefs and attitudes. Hierarchized in a specific system, values constitute an important factor of human mental health, shaping people’s attitude to the past, their ability to formulate future goals and conditioning personality development. The greater the importance of a certain value in the hierarchy, the more it affects the decisions and actions of man. In the light of the known psychological models, it seems important to analyse the possible relationship between the hierarchy of values recognized by the juveniles and their criminal behavior. This study shows significant differences in the declared hierarchy of final and instrumental values among a group of juvenile offenders detained in Juvenile Shelter and a control group of non-offender juveniles, against the norms of a particular age group. The nature and magnitude of the reported differences allows to confirm, that preference of certain values could be related with criminal behavior among youth.

The article connects the post-conciliar teaching of the charisms with their manifestation in the life of St. John Bosco. The reading and analysis of the post-conciliar doctrine of the charisms and the available Salesian sources have made it possible to reflect theologically on the spiritual gifts of St. John Bosco. The criteria for the authenticity of the charisms were applied in the article. The Charisms of the Saint are presented in an ecclesial or hierarchical order. Moreover, the charisms present in the life of the saint have been analyzed as extraordinary phenomena, the subject of research in the theology of interior life.
Troska o depozyt wiary katolickiej a normy dotyczące osób duchownych i zakonnych występujących w środkach społecznego komunikowania

The role of the means of social communication in social and religious life is increasing. This is clearly shown by the pandemic situation. The author has undertaken an analysis of the canonical norms of CIC / 83 regulating the presence of clergy in radio and television broadcasts. The analysis focuses on their respecting the deposit of the Catholic faith. The norms of the universal Church and of particular Churches in Poland do not differ in their meaning and content. However, their ethical optics are aimed at disciplining media participants (while fully approving of the pastoral role of the media) and advising them to be cautious based on the virtue of prudence. It is important that the clergy expressing their views and opinions in public or participating in broadcasts and commercial programs have adequate knowledge and preparation, but most importantly that they are guided by prudence.
