dc.description.abstractThe article is structured according to the following issues (it applies a problem criterion): articles and tales for children, protection of species and animal welfare, nature in poetry, compe­titions for children, correspondence with children, popularization of artworks representing nature conservancy, entertainment column. The field of the research covers the period between 1937 and 1939. The scientific research is based on printed sources: Dziennik Urzędowy Ministerstwa Wyznań Religijnych i Oświecenia Publicznego [Official Journal of the Ministry for Religious Faith and Public Enlightenment] (for the years 1937-1939) and a periodical “Młody Przyjaciel Zwierząt i Kółko Przyrodnicze”, which was published in the Second Polish Republic in the period of 1937-1939.
