Stanowisko III Nadzwyczajnego Synodu Biskupów o Rodzinie na temat homoseksualizmu na tle ideologii gender i protestów przeciw „małżeństwu dla wszystkich”

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie ewolucji oceny zjawiska homoseksualizmu oraz związków osób tej samej płci w czasie trwania trzech etapów III Nadzwyczajnego Synodu o Rodzinie: w jego fazie przygotowawczej, czyli w Instrumentum laboris, w trakcie trwania synodu, czyli w Relacji po dyskusji oraz w dokumencie wydanym na jego zakończenie. W drugiej części artykułu wskazaliśmy na tło debaty synodalnej, którym są szczególnie dwa zjawiska: ideologia gender, która promuje zachowania homoseksualne i nadawanie związkom jednopłciowym cech rodziny heteroseksualnej; drugim jest wprowadzenie we Francji 18 maja 2013 r. prawa zrównującego związki jednopłciowe z małżeństwami heteroseksualnymi i związane z tym protesty ze strony świeckich, Kościoła we Francji i wspólnoty żydowskiej w osobie wielkiego rabina Francji, Gilles’a Bernheima.

The aim of the article is to show the evolution of the assessment of homosexuality and the same-sex partnership in three stages of the III Extraordinary Synod of the Family: in the preparatory phase, that is in the Instrumentum laboris, during the synod, in Relations after discussion and in the document issued in conclusion. In the second part of the article the background of the Synod debate is presented. There are especially two factors: the first one is a gender ideology that promotes homosexuality and gives the family attributes to the homosexual partnership; the second one shows the law introduction in France, on May 18, 2013 that makes equal homosexual relationships with heterosexual marriages and the related protests on the part of the laity, the Church in France and the Jewish community in the person of the great Rabbi of France, Gilles Bernheim.
