O różnych formach zniewolenia w dramacie „Bunia” i „Gris de ausencia” Roberto (Tito) Cossy

Abstract

Głównym celem artykułu jest analiza dwóch dramatów „Gris de ausencia” i „Bunia” Roberto (Tito) Cossy w ujęciu kategorii zniewolenia. Autorka podejmuje próbę odczytania rożnych sensów i znaczeń zniewolenia w tych utworach, analizuje poszczególne przypadki zniewolenia, które stają się tym samym refleksją o uzależnieniach, widmach przeszłości, barierach w komunikacji interpersonalnej, daremnych wysiłkach w walce z zagładą, a także uwikłaniach historyczno-politycznych. Dramaty Cossy opisują też różne zniewolone formy relacji, np. relacje rodzinne czy zależność jednostki od władzy. W każdym z nich zniewolenie realizuje się na swój własny sposób.

The main purpose of this article is to analyze two selected dramas by Roberto Cossa, “La nona” and “Gris de ausencia”, in terms of the category of enslavement. The thoughts and attempts to read the different senses and meanings of enslavement in these two works of Cossa, with their individual analysis, led us to reflection on addictions, specters of the past, barriers to interpersonal communication, futile efforts to combat extermination, historical and political entanglements, family relationships as well as the dependence of the individual on political authority. All them seem to prove that Cossy’s dramaturgy is an art in which enslavement assumes various incarnations and refers to various areas, and in each of them enslavement is effected in a different way.
