Jedyność i jednorodność substancji Boga

Abstract

Według filozofii, substancja Boga jest jedna jedyna, jednorodna, prosta. W odniesieniu do świata wynika z tego deizm albo panteizm. Deizm głosi absolutną odrębność – brak jakiejkolwiek relacji, panteizm całkowite zmieszanie – różnorodność jest pozorna, czysto formalna. Wiara biblijna przyjmuje akt stwórczy, a tym samym istnienie relacji z zachowaniem autonomii. Ujęcie chrześcijańskie wprowadza personalną troistość wewnątrz substancji Boga oraz istnienie unii hipostatycznej z substancjami stworzonymi: duchową i materialną. Substancja Boga jest trynitarna i ma w sobie coś, co jest fundamentem aktu stwórczego oraz aktu wcielenia, które zostaje dopełnione zmartwychwstaniem.

According to philosophy, the substance of God is one of a kind, homogeneous and simple. In reference to the world, deism or pantheism stem from it. Deism declares total separateness, no relation whatsoever, whereas pantheism total mixture, in which diversity is superficial and purely formal. Biblical faith accepts the act of creation and by the same token the existence of a relation with the preservation of autonomy. In Christian terms, personal threesomeness/trinity takes place inside the substance of God. It also assumes the existence of hypostatic union with created substances: the spiritual and the material ones. God’s substance is of trinitarian nature and has something in itself which constitutes the foundation of the creation and the incarnation act, which becomes completed in the Resurrection.
