Abstract

Mutual relations between language and culture can be discussed as a relation of a part and a whole. A language can be perceived both as a culture's component and tool. However, a language is also autonomous in regard to culture in general, and can be described as individual, independent of culture semiotic system, what is realised in traditional linguistics.
