dc.description.abstractFrom the pneumatological problems of the Gospel according to St. John the author has chosen the question of combining the gift of the Spirit with the paschal mystery of Jesus. He may grant us that Gift, for it is in Him that we find the wholeness of the Spirit and the Truth (1, 32-34; 3, 34; 6, 63). In the perspective of His elevation through passion, death and resurrection Jesus promises to give His disciples the gift of the Spirit Paraclete (7, 37-39; 14, 26. 26; 15, 26; 16, 7). Jesus fulfils His promise from the height of the cross (19, 30. 34), and after resurrection in the upper room during the Christophany in the presence of His disciples (20, 19-23).pl_PL
