Abstract

The article underlines teacher’s characteristics which are necessary for the skillful organization of educational process that could serve for the real formation of young personality. The important teacher’s characteristics which can have a positive influence on the educational results of studens are empathy, respect, acceptance, and authenticity. The capacity of the teacher for entering into relations with a student must be emphasized. The introduction multi direction of communication, instead of one or two directions, seems to help in the process of personality formation giving good didactic and educative effects.
