Obraz Chrystusa w różnych wersjach wschodniej anafory św. Jana Chryzostoma

Abstract

Artykuł podejmuje tematykę Anafory św. Jana Chryzostoma, czyli jednej z modlitw eucharystycznych Kościołów Wschodnich. Zostały zaprezentowane różne jej warianty, zarówno te używane w obecnej liturgii (etiopska i grekokatolicka) oraz te o charakterze historycznym (liturgia chalcedońska). Teksty zostały przeanalizowane pod jednym kątem, a mianowicie zadano sobie trud wyszukania tych fragmentów, które mówią o Jezusie Chrystusie. Celem takiej selekcji była próba ukazania obrazu Zbawiciela, zaproponowanego wierzącym zgodnie ze starożytną zasadą Kościoła lex orandi – lex credendi, czyli tak jak się modlimy, tak samo wierzymy.

The article discusses the theme of Saint John Chrysostom’s anaphora, that is one of the Eucharistic prayers of the Eastern Churches. Various variants of it have been presented, both those used in the current liturgy (Ethiopian and Greek Catholic) and those of historical character (the Chalcedonian liturgy). The texts were analysed in order to find fragments that speak about Jesus Christ. The purpose of this selection was to show the image of the Saviour, proposed to the believers in accordance with the ancient principle of the church lex orandi – lex credendi, that is, the law of praying is the law of believing.
