Salezjański Ośrodek Wychowawczy im. św. The first part of the study presents standard requirements for confessors in the above mentioned context. Spiritual guidance is also a separate issue from holding the sacrament of reconciliation and that was the subject of the second part of the study. The Church Law strongly emphasizes the necessity to separate the internal forum from the external one. It is also vital to consider the needs of seminarists, religiouses and nuns in order to ensure their unrestrained use of confession and spiritual guidance.Pozycja Konferencja zorganizowana przez oddział poznański Polskiej Akademii Nauk „Dusza – umysł – wolna wola” (Poznań, 27 listopada 2014)Kmieciak, Błażej (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)Pozycja Kształtowanie się formy szkaplerza i jego symbolikaŁukawska, Małgorzata (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)The article contains a brief presentation of the scapular and indicates its origins in the field of working clothes at the close of antiquity. The author of the article complements the literary sources with the iconographic material as well as portrays the changes of its form. The article also illustrates the evolution of the function that the scapular went through – from the role of a habit accessory (in St Benedict’s monastic rule) to the sign of piety associated with spiritual exercises of „good death”.Pozycja Międzyinspektorialny Kurs Formacji Ciągłej „Komunikacja społeczna – media, ewangelizacja, katecheza” (Kraków, 30 czerwca – 3 lipca 2014)Szlufik, Piotr (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)Pozycja Od eugeniki do procedury zapłodnienia in vitroGruszka, Marta Joanna (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a method known almost all over the world, by which modern man is trying to cope with the problem of infertility. The aim of this article is to show the eugenic roots of in vitro and to attempt to reconciliate the supporters and opponents of this controversial procedure at a NaProTechnological plane. In order to achieve this, the author characterizes IVF from the technical, medical and legal point of view. Then, the article shows the relationship between the in vitro procedure and eugenic thought. The third section contextualizes the problem of artificial insemination in the contemporary, human uncritical faith in technological progress. The last part of this article directs the reader’s attention towards NaProTechnology – a method of infertility treatement which can engage both the supporters and the opponents of IVF.Pozycja Parlamentarny spór o in vitroBłaszczyk, Ewa (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)In Poland, the in vitro fertilisation method has been used for over 25 years to treat infertile couples. The issues associated with IVF are permanently raised in parliamentary debates. The discussion in the parliament relates above all to the question who could benefit from the refund of the in vitro fertilization method, and on what basis. A statutory solution to the problem seems remote, if only because in the ruling party itself there are two bills and there is no consensus. However, there is one temporary solution, i.e. a health programme of the Minister of Health: Treatment of Infertility by IVF Method.Pozycja Per una pedagogia di ricupero dei ragazzi disadattati – l’esperienza salesiana nel contesto ItalianoStańkowski, Bogdan (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)In this article entitled: A Pedagogical model of rehabilitation of maladjusted adolescents. Drawing on available literature, the author is trying to present a model of rehabilitation pedagogy adopted by the Salesians in Italy. This issue becomes a crucial problem in the article which is written in a descriptive and analytical way. The first part of the study discusses a new concept of Salesian prevention developed in the course of work with the socially maladjusted youth. In the second part, the author attempts to outline the above mentioned model of pedagogical rehabilitation which appears in the work experience of the Salesians in Italy.Pozycja Polish Music – Polish Composers. 1918-2010, red. Marek Podhajski, Akademia Muzyczna im. S. Moniuszki, Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, Gdańsk-Lublin 2013, ss. 1343.Łukaszewski, Marcin Tadeusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)Pozycja Posługa duszpasterska salezjanów w parafii pod wezwaniem Świętej Trójcy w Czaplinku w latach 1945-2013Wiązowski, Eugeniusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)The first Salesian who on 12th August, 1945 started a pastoral service in the Parish of the Holy Trinity in Czaplinek was Rev. Bernard Zawada. During the period of 68 years, there were 12 parish priests belonging to the Salesian Congregation. Since 1947 there have been 70 priests among the support personnel, 26 of whom have already passed away. There were also 25 assistant seminarians who helped the priests in their pastoral care. There were also two coadjutors in the parish. Apart from the parish church the priests also served in 9 nearby churches. Two of them were built by the Salesians on the ruins of old churches. After the separation from the parent parish and the constitution of three new parishes, there remain now two churches to serve which are located within the town: the parish church of the Holy Trinity and an auxiliary church of the Exaltation of the Cross. There is also an active oratory and 10 different parish communities.Pozycja Powołanie teologa świeckiego w KościeleLekka, Dorota (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)The article is an attempt to systematize, in a critical way, the contemporary work on the lay theologian vocation in the Church. It begins with a brief presentation of the genesis of lay vocation and the current state of research on this topic. The article addresses also the questions of specific character of the laity and vocation of the theologian. Furthermore, the author discusses the identity and tasks of the lay theologian and the differences between lay and clerical theologians. Finally, the article presents the relation between theologians and the Teaching Office of the Church.Pozycja Próba rekonstrukcji aksjologicznych podstaw polskiej polityki społecznej wobec mniejszości narodowych i etnicznychKobylińska, Zdzisława (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)Currently, ethnic minorities make up about 4% of the population in Poland. Social policy in this area underwent a fundamental transformation in the nineteen eighties. Since that time, legislation aimed at safeguarding the interests of ethnic minorities been slowly enacted. On the basis of an analysis of these legal instruments it appears that they were based on a specific axiology whose fundamental feature is the concept of personalism and, arising out of this concept, respect for every individual acknowledging their ethnic, religious and cultural identity. It is essential to recognise the value of ethnicity, human dignity, fraternity as well as of cultural and religious diversity towards the members of other racial and ethnic groups. This axiological catalogue has practical implications in the material and financial sphere which safeguards the legitimate expectations of minority groups wishing to freely develop within their own culture and religion. Therefore, the reconstruction of the axiology of Polish social policy towards ethnic minorities shows that Poland is a country that satisfies the demand of multiculturalism understood as ‘diversity in unity’.Pozycja Problem bezdomności w Norwegii – skala zjawiska, uwarunkowania, przeciwdziałanieSzluz, Beata (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)Homelessness is a social problem which in spite of its prevalence has not been successfully solved till today. It poses many difficulties in scientific investigation and is even dangerous for researchers or practitioners involved in its prevention. Therefore, there is a postulate of a continuous search for new solutions and improvement of the existing ones. The subject of this article is the phenomenon of homelessness in Norway.Pozycja Problemy systematyzacyjne związane ze zróżnicowaniem zachodzącym pomiędzy dekretem poszczególnym a reskryptem w Kodeksie Prawa Kanonicznego z 1983 r.Dzierżon, Ginter (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)In the presented study, the author by analysing the content of the definition of legal decrees and rescripts codified in can. 48 and 59 §1 of the CIC, pointed out that these regulations do not contain any explicit components differentiating these categories of acts. In his opinion, the assumptions contained in the definitions do not fully fit many system solutions formulated in other code regulations. The author of the article proved that the difference between the two categories of acts mentioned in the title becomes clear in their formal aspect because a decree in order to be valid should be issued in a written form. In the case of rescripts, however, the legislator departs from this requirement allowing oral legal effectiveness of this type of legislation. Nonetheless, according to the author, the difference between these two categories of acts is not substantial since, in this case, it only concerns the formal aspect of an act.Pozycja Przestępczość wśród nieletnich a podejmowane działania profilaktyczneKałdon, Barbara Małgorzata (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 2015)The article discussing the topic of juveniles in conflict with the law presents legal and definitional regulations in the field of juvenile delinquency. Particular attention was devoted to the regulations of the law on juvenile acting. The work contains both disciplinary and financial, as well as disciplinary and procedural elements. The Pope’s second visit to Poland on 16th-23rd June, 1983 took place amid the martial law introduced by the government on 13th December, 1981. It was expected with high hopes by the Polish society, enslaved and humiliated by the communist rule. This study portrays the reactions of the Pila Voivodeship community to the pilgrimage of the Holy Father to his homeland as they were presented in the contemporary analyzes of the Provincial Committee of the Polish United Workers’ Party. Those analyses were sent during the Pope’s visit to the Central Committee of the Communist Party in Warsaw. The study constitutes a regional contribution to the historical synthetic reflection on this extremely important event in the last decade of the Polish People’s Republic period.
