Zasadnicze orędzie encykliki „Dominum et Vivificantem”Czaja, Andrzej (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)The article presents the main core of John Paul Il's thought in the encyclical Dominimi et Vivificantem. In the author's opinion it is concerned with the Person and the salutary mission of the Holy Spirit and the results of His action. After a brief presentation of the rich contents of the encyclical subsequent paragraphs show the basic elements of the Pope’s teaching about who the Holy Spirit is, what His salutary mission in the world consists in. what content is hidden behind Christ’s message about the Spirit who gives life (cf. John 6, 63) and what issues from these for the Christian existence. The whole is concluded with the Pope’s program of developing the civilization of life that can be inferred from the encyclical.Pozycja „Ecclesia semper reformanda”. Perspektywa jutra Kościoła w PolsceCzaja, Andrzej (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)The author makes an analysis of the reform within the Church on the basis of the thought of three great authorities (Yves Congar, John Paul II and Benedict XVI) with the future of the Church in Poland in mind. In Part I he discusses what is a kind of the ABC of the reform in the Church. He points to the basic criterion and essence of the true reform, explains what its object and subject are and defines the conditions of a reform without a schism. In Part II, referring to John Paul Il’s thought, he makes his own suggestions for the reform of the Church in Poland. In Part III he presents those elements of Ratzinger-Benedict XVI’s ecclesiology that are an inspiration and that help to recognize the paths of real reform better. He explains what contents are behind the Pope’s appeal “Stay strong in the faith”, what the hermeneutics of continuity that he promotes in reforming the Church means, how he understands the mission of the Church towards the world and what he says about its realization; he also points to Benedict’s directions concerning the reform of liturgy and the participation in it.Pozycja „Jezu, ufam Tobie” a nabożeństwo maryjne w ŁagiewnikachDobrzyński, Andrzej (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)The study “His mercy from age to age” The Marian devotion in the Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Cracow-Łagiewniki shows the Marian piety of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Mother of Mercy, the meaning of the apparitions of the Virgin that Sister Faustyna Kowalska also had and the teachings with respect to the Mother of Christ found in the encyclical letter Dives in Misericordia written by John Paul II. It has been declared a relationship between these three examined subjects: The devotion towards the Mother of Mercy has an integral part to the worship of the Devine Mercy. It emphasizes three fundamental facts: 1) The Blessed Mother lived in a particular form of mercy, 2) She assisted Christ in the revelation of mercy to the entire world, 3) The Mother of God transmitting mercy to mankind, brings it closer to us. The Marian piety has its influences in the doctrinal teaching, sacramental-liturgy life and in the apostolate carried out in the Divine Mercy Sanctuary in Cracow-Lagiewniki. This piety could be described as “a discreet and effective presence” of Mary. It has a particular meaning within the devotion to the Divine Mercy. The traditional forms of Marian piety are being enriched and inspired by the papal teachings.Pozycja Miłość do Boga drogą reformy KościołaGóźdź, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Pozycja Personalistyczne dopełnienie dogmatu chalcedońskiegoGóźdź, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Pozycja Małżeństwo ikoną Boga według adhortacji „Familiaris consortio”Klauza, Karol (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Pozycja Niezmienne i zmienne w religiiBartnik, Czesław S. (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)In Catholicism constant and variable elements are unified in a mysterious way, owing to which the Church is always alive and topical. However, tendencies are increasing to recognize the Church as wholly variable to its very depth. Still, the essence of the Church must not be infringed, and all the transformations and reforms, be it collective or individual, must be subjected to the Holy Spirit, as well as to the Church hierarchy and to the faith of God’s people.Pozycja Przyszłość Kościoła według Teilharda de ChardinFac, Waldemar M. (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Teilhard de Chardin thinks that the great crisis of religions in the world results exactly from their escape from the world. The crisis may be and should be overcome by forming a special triad, in which the Church and the world support each other in the evolution leading to the Omega Point. First of all the world will not be fully developed and will not find sense without the Church that is the main motor and axis of the development of the noosphere of the future. The Church and the world tend towards a full self-realization in Jesus Christ's Pleroma, the Omega of reality.Pozycja Eucharystia jest „osobą”. Jezus Chrystus osobowym przymierzem podzielonych światówGuzowski, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Pozycja Królestwo Chrystusa drogą KościołaKowalczyk, Mirosław (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)The question about the crisis of the Church is a question about the spiritual crisis of the world. Contemporary world is engulfed in a spiritual void. It lacks an idea, a leading thought in building historical reality. The world’s return to religious ideas is a chance to overcome this crisis. The Church is the carrier and the depositary of one of the basic ideas, that is the idea of God’s Kingdom. Its proper interpretation may be an inspiration for overcoming the spiritual crisis in many modern communities. In addition, the Church itself constantly needs enlivenment, a full unification with Christ and identification with Him, and a ceaseless purification of what is wrong and sinful. To achieve this it is necessary to constantly return to the basic values. One of them is the mentioned idea of God’s Kingdom as a living consciousness of the being’s realization towards unification with God. The contemporary Church should serve this idea with all its heart, especially in the period of the living memory of John Paul Il’s great pontificate. The Church should always keep in mind that globalization carries with itself cultural and civilization changes. This is a process that is positive in many aspects, but it involves certain threats because of its influence on generally understood culture. It is important that values should be kept, as they are the basis of the civilization and they determine the identity not only of one chosen ethnic group, but of all mankind, including its religious sphere.Pozycja „Reformatio in Ecclesia” jako nawrócenie stanowisko kard. Y. CongaraPek, Kazimierz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2007)Cardinal Yves Congar († 1995) is one of the outstanding theologians of the 20th century who creatively reflected on reform in the Church. He saw justification for such a reflection in ecclesiology understood integrally. He suggested that in perception of the Church at least three dimensions should be seen: its origin de Trinitate, formation de hominibus, and unification in Christo. Even though the need of reform in the aspect of its origin and its being rooted in the Trinity is not discussed, such a reform is necessary for the life of the Church that consists of sinners. Y Congar remarked that patristic understanding of reformatio is useful, as it refers to the reform of man, and speaking more precisely, to his conversion in Christ. This is why reformatio appears to be conversion. Such a perspective in perceiving the Church requires standing in the truth and recognizing mistakes in managing the community of the Church and errors in its teaching. Moreover, such a position puts all the members of the Church in the perspective of not only evangelization, but also self-evangelization.Pozycja Sprawozdanie z XXXIX Tygodnia Eklezjologicznego: „Znaki czasu – czas znaków.
