Pozycja Sprawozdanie z ogólnopolskiego sympozjum „Społeczno-kulturowe uwarunkowania wiary i niewiary dzisiaj”. Miejska i Powiatowa Biblioteka Publiczna w Kolbuszowej, 11 maja 2018 rokuSproncel, Paweł (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)Pozycja Posługa Kościoła wobec młodzieży na przykładzie diecezji opolskiejSadlak, Robert (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The Synod of the Bishops concerning youth ministry, which took place in 2018, points out that pastoral ministry conducted among young people should take place primarily on the parish level as part of the ordinary ministry. However, salutary activity of the Church among youth requires also the presence of extraordinary, categorical ministry elements, which should happen through proper preparation of the priest himself and the animators that are helping him. Such activity can contribute to effectiveness of conducted pastoral actions. Without doubts it seems that the vision and strategy of ministry conducting on the level of diocese, deanery and parish, as well as the knowledge of spiritual condition of young people, their difficulties and living environment are necessary. The youth ministry in the Diocese of Opole is trying to answer to this challenges and through various types of initiatives and Christian constant formation desires to help the young people and accompany them to the meeting with the person of Jesus Christ.Pozycja Planowanie strategiczne duszpasterstwa w parafiiPrzygoda, Wiesław (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The parish is not established by God, but it is a result of the activity of the historical Church. In the parish, a community of believers in Jesus Christ is realized through the preaching of the word of God, the life of faith in brotherly love and the celebration of the Eucharist and other liturgical activities. Without underestimating the element of grace, the unlimited action of God himself, the mysterious character of the mission of the Church, the visible organizational structure of the parish can be subjected to a theological and pastoral analysis. Strategic planning opportunities can be shown to optimize the effects of pastoral ministry. The aim of this reflection is to look for an answer to the question how to prepare, implement and finally evaluate the strategic plan in the parish? Evaluation is not intended to diminish one’s role during the implementation of the pastoral strategy developed for the parish, but it is the starting point for a discussion on the corrections of the old and the development of a new, improved strategic plan for the parish. The article is of review nature and its important material, apart from theological sources, are studies in the field of modern pastoral praxeology.Pozycja Cechy świętości prezbitera w świetle adhortacji apostolskiej „Gaudete et exsultate” papieża FranciszkaPolak, Mieczysław (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)One of the important themes that was taken up at the Second Vatican Council was the ministry and life of the presbyter. This teaching found a reception and development in many statements of the post-Conciliar Popes. They show both the essence of being a priest and the conditioning of his ministry in the modern world. From these two premises – ontological and kairological – can be drawn conclusions, that relate to the pastoral ministry of the priest. One of them is the statement that the priest’s activity should flow from a certain spirituality. This article attempts to present the characteristic features of the spirituality of the contemporary presbyter in the light of the teaching of post-Conciliar Church, with particular emphasis on the apostolic exhortation Gaudete et exsultate on the call to holiness in today’s world of the Holy Father Francis. These qualities are: the pastoral character of holiness, joy and mercy.Pozycja Rola podstawowych środowisk wychowawczych w wychowaniu patriotycznym dzieci i młodzieżyPanuś, Tadeusz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)Patriotic education of children and youth is becoming a priority task. It should be done in a harmonious cooperation of three basic educational environments: family, school and parish. The first school of patriotism is the family which shapes the image of the homeland, the respect for national symbols, it celebrates national anniversaries and cultivates patriotic traditions. In the family, the young person develops the virtues necessary for the functioning of national ties, such as: faithfulness, diligence and hospitality. A great role in the patriotic upbringing of children and youth is also played by the school. The national identity is shaped in particular by subjects, such as: Polish, history and civics. An important role is played by reading literary works and knowledge of the most important national songs that are part of the Polish cultural heritage. A special role in transmitting patriotic content, awakening the national spirit and loving the homeland is fulfilled by catechetical teaching and pastoral activity of the parish. The sense of patriotism, the bond with the nation and the love of the homeland can still be successfully introduced into the spiritual world of children and youth, despite globalization, the culture of hedonism and materialism. It is also worth emphasizing that the essence of patriotism in the present times is expressed in honest, creative work, in the service of society and the homeland.Pozycja Ziemia Święta – „piąta Ewangelia” w odniesieniu do pielgrzymowaniaOstrowski, Maciej; Wiater-Kawecka, Anna (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)What is referred to as the fifth Gospel is the tangible and intangible memorabilia from the area of the present-day Holy Land. The buildings, landscape, nature, social atmosphere and customs cultivated till this day allow a better understanding of the inspired biblical texts. Authors prove this term to be valid. They show that although it is mainly used in the pastoral care of pilgrims, it is not devoid of theological foundations. People experience faith also in a bodily manner. Sensual experiences associated with the stay in the Holy Land make it easier to reach out to spiritual matters and to reinforce faith. The article illustrates the issue in question with a few practical examples. The closing paragraphs formulate pastoral postulates. They show how the experience of visiting the country of biblical events can be used in the pastoral care of pilgrims effectively.Pozycja Bariery w komunikacji i poprawa jej skuteczności we wspólnocie parafialnejLipiec, Dariusz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The article is a dissertation on the subject of the barriers in communication in a parish community and on the ways of dealing with this problem. The first part is devoted to the communication barriers between the parson and his clergy co-workers. The next part of the article is devoted to the problems in the communication between the parson and the actively engaged lay co-workers. The final part concerns the communication barriers between the parson and the whole community of parishioners. In the communication process in the parish the parson plays the key role as its manager and the shepherd, therefore, the article is mainly devoted to the difficulties in the communication between him and his co-workers and other parishioners. The difficulties in communication between parishioners are not so meaningful in the everyday life and activity of the parish community.Pozycja Realizacja funkcji kapłańskiej w małżeństwie sakramentalnymLandwójtowicz, Paweł (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)A sacramental marriage thanks to inclusion in the Paschal mystery of Jesus Christ participates in a salutary work of the common Church realizing prophetic, priesthood and majestic function. The subject of the article constitutes the priesthood function realized by spouses thanks to Eucharist, the Sacrament of Penance and a conversion as well as a prayer. The consecration of spouses, their families, the Church and the whole world performs trough their sacramental implantation in passion, execution by crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Performing the priesthood function in a marriage, in its essence, is connected to an ability of making spiritual sacrifices of a daily life. This disposal is a sign of personal and religious maturity. A conscious realization of the priesthood function trough sacramental spouses gives them the chance for more complete and happier common life.Pozycja Safeguarding as Ministry. Promoting a Culture of Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults at Risk Within the Catholic Church of England and WalesKwiatkowski, Dariusz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The article offers an insight into the work of the Catholic Church in England and Wales in promoting a culture of safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk. The promotion of the safeguarding culture depens on a balanced and careful assessment of the situation, the operation of institutions and organizations established within the Church to protect and prevent crimes against minors as well as fostering a pastoral sense of safeguarding in the Church, namely all members of the Church’s hierarchy, priests, religious leaders and laic people as well as all the People of God. Überlegungen zur Einheit in der VerschiedenheitKaplánek, Michal (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The author’s, a Czech Salesian opening concept is the original effect of the God’s incarnation which had an impact on the history of Jewish nation. Christianity was injected into the specific socio-cultural stream of Hellenistic (Greek), Jewish thought. All three missionary actions were marked by being imbued with the current forms of thought and custom. In the 20th century this form of adaptation is called inculturation. This is to say that the Son of God was born into a specific socio-economic environment and not some abstract reality. This is the foundation of Christian faith in all cultures and movements known as “Young Churches.” The author, however expands this view of missionary concepts wider than that in Ad Gentes. In his article he explains the meaning of inculturation for the current and post-modern scenes. He also supports the concept for the sake of finding new “ways of life” deriving from the original idea to be applicable in other countries and continents.Pozycja Tworzenie prac promocyjnych z teologii praktycznejKamiński, Ryszard (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)The article presents a number of indications and rules concerning the effective writing of a graduate thesis. They refer to three stages of creating a graduate thesis: the preparation stage, the research implementation stage and the compilation stage. Each of these stages concerns a different type of action. Together, they help a person to enter onto the path of goodness inscribed into his or her heart by the Creator. Child-raising in the family is a privileged place for the realization of God’s plan of love – proclaiming the gospel of life and love. In this work, Christian spouses act on the basis of the Church’s mandate, but they also need ecclesial support throughout the process and in the various dimensions of child-raising. Particular areas in which parents need support through the pastoral care of the Church include help in sexual, religious and moral education as well as in raising children for love, marriage and family life. The pastoral care of families also helps adolescents and young adults in self-education and formation to supplement and correct the influence of the family of origin and contemporary cultural influences.Pozycja Ku ekologii integralnej. Na marginesie dokumentu przygotowawczego synodu biskupów dla AmazoniiFiałkowski, Marek (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2019)Ecological issues take a special place in the teachings of Pope Francis, which can be evidenced by the encyclical Laudato si’, devoted to the broad issue of ecology. The Pope lays emphasis on the integral view of the ecological issues, laying foundations on “integral ecology,” which tries to avoid a shallow and thus biased perspective on protection of natural environment. It is in this spirit that the Synod of Bishops for the Pan-Amazon region is scheduled for October 2019 in Vatican. This article is an attempt to outline the issue of integral ecology, which emerges out of the teachings of the popes, especially Pope Francis. The article presents, relying on the Preparatory Document of the Synod of Bishops for the Pan-Amazon region, three elements which constitute the integral understanding of the ecological issue: respect for others and the world created by God, protection of socio-cultural wealth, which is endangered by the ecological crisis, and finally, a theological vision of the surrounding world and its social and pastoral implications.
