Pozycja Kreacja Boga i jego wyznawcy w poezji Zygmunta Marka Piechockiego z tomu „Moje herezje”Krysińska, Katarzyna (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The subject of the article is the creation of God and His follower and the relationship between man and his Saviour emerging from the poems of Lubusz author Sigmunt Marek Piechocki. The subject of the research is the 2006 volume, entitled My heresies. The texts are the a dialogue with the convention of such speaking of God, in which searching for Him is brought to the forefront. What seems particularly important is the author’s personal experience of redemptive events. Or rather – experiencing, because it is a process, and the faith penetrating lines does not come automatically. The lyrical I seems to be a wanderer, who is still on the road, a student going to the Emmaus in the company of God, an apostle. What is the role of the question in this pilgrimage? How can we understand the title of the volume? In this article I will try to consider these and similar issues.Pozycja Prawda i miłosierdzie w katechezie młodzieżyRayzacher-Majewska, Aneta (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The todayʼs religious education is coming across a lot of problem. They result not only from character and contents of the religious transmission, but also from the social-cultural context. In the catechesis of young people additional difficulty is the age of the recipients. Young people are critical of religion, particularly if werenʼt supposed to observe the chance of compliance of behaviours and attitudes with propagated principles. Young people often judged unilaterally assigning its negative traits. Also an unconcern is being accused young people with religious sphere. Such evaluations are hurting for young people. Often their attitudes are a word of the opposition to adults which stopped being authority. In catechesis it is necessary to devote more concern to young and support the transmission of the message with the witness of faith. You must also re-convince them of the truth that is not determined in the way of human compromise and agreement, but comes from God. The religious formation of young people should be based on the values transmitted by word and behavior. Among the categories of education are truth and mercy. Taking them into account can considerably influence to religious attitudes of young people and including them in the circle of pupils of Jesus.Pozycja Dzień Pański jako determinanta przepowiadania homilijnegoWiszowaty, Edward (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)For many priests the requirement of preaching a homily it remains a challenge. This happens for many reasons. Older priests – trained on the traditional schema of preaching – believe that the most important thing is to teach the truths of faith and morals, the younger ones – often do not understand the essence of the homily. For them it is also hard to break habits and clichés. In the light of the teaching of Vatican Council II the homily is an integral part of the liturgy, and thus, by its very nature, is subject to the dynamics and character of the Lordʼs day – Sunday – when it first of all should be preached. Therefore, the submitted paper an attempt was taken up to make the paschal, community-friendly, joyful and eschatological dimension of the homily closer to readers. These are also important signs of the weekly memorial of the Lord. Taking into account the paschal dimension in the homily will allow the participants the Mass to recognize that they really take part in the mystery of the death and resurrection of Christ, leading the faithful to participate more fully in the Eucharist. This in turn enables them to true brotherhood among themselves, that is why the homily should also be an encouragement, especially for small communities (families) to live the day together. Homilies preach the good news of salvation, which takes place today, hence its joyful character. Every Sunday is also the time of joyful expectation of the coming of the Lord, so the homily must focus the minds of the gathered to the mystery of His second coming.Pozycja Zaangażowanie Kościoła Katolickiego w pomoc ofiarom konfliktów zbrojnych (na przykładzie wsparcia rodzin na Ukrainie oraz ewakuowanych do Polski)Zięba, Paweł (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The article addresses the issue of peace in the world, particularly through an appeal to care for all those who suffer from armed conflicts and who, for this and other reasons, decide to leave their homes. The involvement of the Catholic Church in providing help to the victims of armed conflicts is the subject of the article, in which, on the basis of the support provided for families in Ukraine and evacuated to Poland, the author attempts to demonstrate the practical dimension of the Church teaching on this subject. The paper analyses the biblical guidance concerning aid to newcomers and foreigners, and the teaching of the Catholic Church on refugees and migrants. An appeal addressed to Catholics to support those harmed by armed conflicts in their home country and all migrants and refugees is presented. The article shows how the appeal derived from the Catholic teaching is implemented in practice by helping the sufferers from Ukraine. The aid to the persons evacuated from Donbas provided at the first stage of their adaptation to Poland by Caritas of the Warmian Archdiocese is analysed in detail.Pozycja Stan finansowo-majątkowy probostwa w Bargłowie Kościelnym w dobie Królestwa PolskiegoFaszcza, Łukasz (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The parish in Bargłów Kościelny, located within the borders of the then Augustowskie Province, constituted one of thousands of examples of parishes functioning on the territory of the Kingdom of Poland. In the examined period, it experienced a gradual economic development, which was reflected by the construction of economic facilities within the course of several years. The greater wealth of the parish was indirectly connected with the improving economic situation of the Polish land, which was recovering from the unfavourable Duchy of Warsaw period. The establishment of the economic background of the parish in Bargłów was strongly influenced by the parish priests, who were efficient administrators. In addition, the church in Bargłów owned large estate, which also exercised a considerable impact on its profitability. However, the development was impeded, to some extent, by the poor economic situation of the villages belonging to the parish, as they were not able to pay their tax dues to the church in full.Pozycja Idea zrównoważonego rozwoju w świetle zasady „złotego środka”: uwagi teoretyczne i praktyczneBiały, Stanisław (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)One of the key problems of the modern world is the entrance onto the path of sustainable development, where in theory, the concept of sustainable development implies steady progress on economic and social in harmony with the natural environment, to ensure a high quality of life for present and future generations. Thus, this article raises the question of how a man, and more broadly: the progress of humanity, is the starting point and also the point of arrival of this concept? For ambivalence (which can easily be noted here), creates a variety of dilemmas, which opens a new field of discussion in various disciplines, including philosophy, and bioethics. One of them (speaking more in detail) is whether the concept of sustainability in the matter of human development and environmental protection means the same as the Aristotelian principle of “golden mean”? The answer, which is given, is negative. The author proposal: is the need to assimilate the principle of the “golden mean” in the framework of the concept of human development and environmental protection. This will be her love for the human person, discovered in a free and flawless conscience.Pozycja Kościół i parafia we Wrzesinie w świetle protokołów powizytacyjnych z drugiej połowy XVI wiekuKopiczko, Andrzej (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)In the Archives of the Archdiocese of Warmia in Olsztyn there are two documents of the latter part of the 16th century including information on the parish in Wrzesina. One of them is the description from around 1580, whereas the other post-visitation protocol is of 1598. They are not too detailed, but allow to trace back the date of the consecration of the church and the altars and its equipment. They also offer information about the pastors and teacher and in the case of the 1598 Protocol also the attitude of parishioners to the parish priest. Much attention was paid to material matters as well. From the description of about 1580 we can also learn about the towns belonging to the parish.Pozycja Obraz Stanów Zjednoczonych i ich mieszkańców konstruowany przez polskie dzieci (na podstawie badań ankietowych w szkole podstawowej w Ełku)Gilewska, Agnieszka (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2016)The aim of the article is to present the notion of Americanization and the perception of America in Poland by one specific group, that is very young Poles. While the role of the American culture keeps changing, the mirror of these changes can be observed in Polish children’s perception of the United States and its inhabitants. This article attempts to measure the impact and the level of Americanization of Polish students, based on surveys conducted in an elementary school in Ełk. The study involved two questionnaires, one focusing on how well students know America and how they construct its meaning based on the sources from which they learn about the United States, and the second concerned the young Poles’ fascination with McDonald’s restaurants. The conclusion of the study is that the construction of America is largely distorted, even though the students have correct basic knowledge about this country, while at the same time there is definitely an ongoing process of Americanization in Poland.Pozycja M.
