Pozycja Zagraniczne podróże apostolskie papieża Franciszka w najważniejszych krajowych portalach internetowych cz. II (rok 2015)Wrzos, Marcin (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)Kościół w swojej działalności posługiwał się i posługuje mediami. Na początku czasopismami, radiem, telewizją, aż w końcu internetem. To ostatnie medium dość skutecznie wypiera wcześniej używane i staje się miejscem komunikowania myśli. W podjętych badaniach poddano analizie najważniejsze portale opiniotwórcze w Polsce (www.onet.pl, www.wp.pl, www.interia.pl, www.gazeta.pl, www.o2.pl i www.fakt.pl) pod względem publikowania tekstów dotyczących pierwszych sześciu zagranicznych podróży apostolskich papieża Franciszka. Zbadano liczbę, jakość, rodzaj i czas publikacji, a także wyciągnięto wnioski pastoralne. Część II badań dotyczy roku 2015.Pozycja Przepisywanie Genesis w najnowszym dramacie polskim dla dzieci i młodzieżyWiśniewska, Marzenna (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)W pierwszej dekadzie XXI w. na łamach „Nowych Sztuk dla Dzieci i Młodzieży” ukazało się kilka dramatów poddających strategii przepisywania opowieści biblijne. Autorów najnowszych sztuk Biblia interesuje jako źródło historii o kondycji człowieka i inspiracja do stawiania śmiałych pytań, wyrażania wątpliwości, snucia alternatywnych opowieści. Niniejszy artykuł jest studium dwóch polskich dramatów dla młodego odbiorcy, które tworzą nowe dramaturgiczne wersje początków księgi Genesis: Pierwszy człowiek świata Marii Wojtyszko oraz Nic, Dzika Mrówka, Adam i Ewa Maliny Prześlugi. W centrum rozważań jest analiza strategii dramaturgicznych, którym poddana zostaje biblijna opowieść, takich jak: dekompozycja wzorca narracyjnego, gry językowe czy rekontekstualizacja statusu ontologicznego i zachowań bohaterów oraz modyfikacja symboli i znaczeń. Chociaż w efekcie przepisywania omawiane dramaty są dalekie od biblijnego wzorca, przyczyniają się do odświeżenia opowieści i odnowienia relacji między tekstem biblijnym a wyobraźnią młodych ludzi.Pozycja A Crypto-Theological Vision of the World in the “Ga-ga: Glory to the Heroes” by Piotr Szulkin in the Light of Visual TheologyWieczorek, Bartosz (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)The article contains a theological movie analysis of the work of Piotr Szulkin, the “Ga-ga: Glory to the Heroes”. Its aim is to extract a cryptotheological vision of the world contained in this movie, by compiling it with Christian theology, understood as the defined concept of the world. An important point of reference will by the postsecular thought, which sees the hidden choice of theological nature in even the most secularized way of thinking. At the outset, an understanding of the terms of “theology” and “cryptotheology” will be presented. Then, there will be an analysis of time and spaces in the movie. An application to analyze the movie concept of the performance of G. Debord will be a crucial aspect of the undertaken considerations. In the conclusion, there will be an analysis of the concept of sacrifice, which is fundamental to the subject, included in the movie and referenced in the concept of R. Girard.Pozycja Strategies for Communicating the Sacred in “A Study on Hamlets” by the Chorea TheaterFlader-Rzeszowska, Katarzyna (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)“A Study on Hamlets”, directed by T. Rodowicz and W. Raźniak, makes use of different strategies for communicating the sacred. It shows the sacred as decontextualized, brought out of the temple and treated like a gadget, an attractive item for sale for a modern consumer. According to the creators of “A Study on Hamlets”, the signs and sacred symbols are increasingly only a hollow form, simulacra without reference. Also, the production shows the infringed sacredness of death. Coffins-outdoor toilets, careless washing of dead bodies, mass graves or summary exhumations desecrate death, take away its profundity and grandeur. In the Raźniak’s and Rodowicz’s vision, religious symbols are dying, since their relationship with the group for which they mean anything has come to an end. In the world of the dissipating sacred, only songs have the power to save, telling about the most difficult things, upholding the distinction into the sacred and the lay.Pozycja Edyta Stein i Edmund Husserl w horyzoncie metafizykiKaroń-Ostrowska, Anna (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)Studium poświęcone jest istocie relacji, jaka łączyła Edytę Stein i jej mistrza Edmunda Husserla. E. Stein poświęciła się studiom nad fenomenologią w Getyndze u Husserla, bardzo szybko osiągając kolejne piętra naukowej kariery. Stała się jednym z najwybitniejszych uczniów swego ukochanego Mistrza. W roku 1915 po znakomicie obronionym doktoracie pt. „Zum Problem der Einfulung” zostaje asystentką Husserla. Pracuje nad jego rozproszonymi notatkami starając się przygotować II tom „Idei”. Husserl jednak nie traktuje jej jako partnera naukowego, lecz jak osobistą sekretarkę. E. Stein rezygnuje ze współpracy z Mistrzem, dalej pracując samodzielnie nad interesującymi ją zagadnieniami fenomenologicznymi. Husserl nie wspiera jej wysiłków w kierunku zdobycia habilitacji. E. Stein przeżywa nawrócenie w 1921 roku, poprzez które na nowo wartościuje swoje filozoficzne wybory. Próbuje skonfrontować filozofię współczesną ze scholastyką św. Tomasza. Staje po stronie metafizyki. Odkrywa Boga jako Prawdę. Na tym nowym etapie jej drogi Mistrz staje się jej duchowym podopiecznym. Swoją „ofiarę całopalną” składa również za niego. W 1942 roku ginie w komorze gazowej w Auschwitz.Pozycja “Countryside Cathedrals”? Communicating Meanings Through the Sacred Architecture of J.P. Dziekoński in the Diocese of Łomża within Its Current Borders. Part IMojżyn, Norbert (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)In this article, the figure of a Warsaw architect, today slightly forgotten, Józef Pius Dziekoński is being discussed, with the occasion for this being in 2017 the 90th anniversary of his death. The decision on discussing the design works of Dziekoński which were developed in the territory of the Diocese of Łomża was influenced by two reasons: 1) this architecture has not been adequately researched in terms of its capacity to communicate messages; 2) there is no comprehensive study describing all Dziekoński’s churches in the territory of today’s Diocese of Łomża. The main aim of this paper is to present the historical background and the ideological program (communicating messages) which informed the Vistula-Baltic style building designs evident in the religious buildings of the late 19th and the early 20th centuries. The monumental character of these buildings is their distinctive feature which in the professional literature earned them a nickname of “countryside cathedrals”.Pozycja Działalność misyjna Rosyjskiej Cerkwi Prawosławnej w XIX wiekuMarek, Leopold Bartłomiej (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)Religia chrześcijańska, będąc religią uniwersalistyczną, odznacza się misyjnością. To zadanie wypełnia także Rosyjska Cerkiew Prawosławna. W polskojęzycznej literaturze przedmiotu niewiele jest opracowań na temat misji prawosławnych w Rosji. Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przybliżyć działalność misyjną Cerkwi rosyjskiej. Temat zawężony jest do XIX w., w którym obserwuje się wzrost zapału misyjnego w rosyjskim prawosławiu. Związany jest on z odnową religijną, a także powiększaniem się terytorium Rosyjskiego Imperium. Artykuł podzielony jest na trzy części. W pierwszej przedstawiony jest ogólny rys historyczny omawianego okresu. W drugiej części wymienione zostały główne obszary działalności misyjnej oraz narzędzia używane w ewangelizacji misyjnej, takie jak: towarzystwa, szkoły czy czasopisma misyjne. It seems crucial to understand one’s own identity based upon European culture (cutrura christiana). This article is trying to answer the question: How can evangelization help to preserve the classical (Christian) understanding of culture? With a view to answering this question, the term culture will be analyzed; particular aspects of culture will be outlined, especially religion; there will be an attempt to analyze the relationship between culture, religion and evangelization. Ukryta teologia w „Niemiłości” Andrieja ZwiagincewaJaszewska, Dagmara (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)Artykuł jest analizą filmu Andrieja Zwiagincewa (Niemiłość, 2017) w kontekście dotychczasowej twórczości reżysera, jego specyficznej filozofii i teologii. „Niemiłość” to klasyczny dramat psychologiczny, w którym można odnaleźć niewiele symboli religijnych – do tego słabych, „zmąconych”. Artykuł mimo to próbuje potraktować je jako miejsca teologiczne, ewokujące obecność, a często nowoczesną nieobecność Boga – a także Boży ogląd rzeczywistości, który umożliwia odróżnienie dobra i zła. Do miejsc tych należą: teologiczny tytuł dzieła, niektóre techniki filmowe czy wreszcie figury Chrystusa, jednak w ich apokryficznej, osłabionej wersji. Tropy te umożliwiają odczytanie przedstawionej w filmie (w sposób beznamiętny i niewartościujący) estetycznej, atrakcyjnej rzeczywistości wielkomiejskiego życia, w kategoriach piekła nowoczesności i grzechów nowoczesności. Taka analiza wzbogaca psychologiczne odczytanie dzieła; zarazem testuje narzędzia teologii wizualnej w odniesieniu do filmu – wydawałoby się – niereligijnego, wobec do znaków, którym niekiedy daleko do ortodoksji.Pozycja Compassion 2.0: How Internet users share “virtual care”?Hodalska, Magdalena (Wydział Teologiczny UKSW w Warszawie, 2017)Compassion 2.0 manifests itself when images of babies in war zones hit headlines and appear on news and social media sites, where Internet users turn them into vehicles of emotions. In September 2015 a body of Alan Kurdi, a toddler dressed in red T-shirt, was found on a Turkish beach, where Nilufer Demir took memorable photos of the drowned 3-year-old refugee. Alan’s afterlife in cyberspace began when Internet users started cutting the image of his body out of the original photojournalistic frame to paste it into different contexts, charged with meaning and rhetorical power. The article explores visual metaphors that media users employed to create their own stories about Alan, which went beyond the narratives prevalent in traditional media and shows how “virtual care” is shared in a global village, where Compassion Fatigue (Moeller 1999) gives way to Compassion 2.0 which starts with a click and becomes one of online activities.
