Abstrakt
Critical estimate of contemporary science status, having been performed for many years, seems to manifest a new paradigm to come into being when the old one disappears. Such a transformation of the paradigm may be associated with the origin of cybernetics, systems theory and computer science. It is noticeable especially when concerning the formation of modem cybernetics which is a skill of ruling and organizing all kinds of systems, living as well as inanimate and hybrid ones; it contains in itself cybernetics of progress and development. Thus, it is interested in systems’ development, the very development programme and passion for development too. Modem cybernetics, because of its wide spectrum of an investigation, sets up, without doubt, a plain climate which promotes editing of ideas that express „relation to values” We mean by this more than we only assume an transmit values. We are very particular about such a kind of human knowledge integration which is grounded on linking together propositions - descriptive ones and those expressing evaluation. It is the information that is an intermediary factor here. The value and the description, the value and the statement, the value and the explanation find their proper places in the systemic-informative language of present cybernetics. Everything constitutes connected unity. Every trial of definitive separation of the above mentioned elements does not fit in with the present state of science. Modem cybernetics is like a comer stone for the „state of affairs” which is presented here, and has a well-marked-implication of philosophical and general-inoutlooking nature. This „state of affairs” consists in admitting priority of value system over so-called pure cognition. It is sure that every proclamation in favour of science is the option on a certain value. If the presented proposal is correct, it opens a new perspective for us when concerning the relation between descriptive propositions and those of assessment according to taken values.
