In this reflection, on the one hand, he appeals to the creation, to the nature of a man as a social being, building family, national community or state community. And, on the other hand, he makes us aware of the essence of the power of the man, A man, who in each of his action is obliged to respect and obey God's rules and commands given to the man. At the end, we can find description of the politics as a way of exercising power and mutual relations between those who govern and those who are guided, taking also into consideration a presence of clergy in political life.
