Pozycja Analiza rozumienia cierpienia według Paul RicœuraJechalska, Magdalena (Wydawnictwo Archidiecezji Warszawskiej, 2006)Question of suffering can not be discussed in Paul Ricœur’s philosophy in irrelevance from holistic vision of man. Diversity of aspect of human subsistence has allowed to differ kinds and types of suffering inciting wounds of man imperfection. Therefore, imperfection of human existence could become understood due to indication behind author of “Philosophy of will” on its source which is physical and moral evil. Ricœur understand man that he does not act only, but also experiences, hence conception of indifference and issue of “who-is-himself” alike, are essential in discussion about suffering. Presentation of these problems has been indispensable for comprehension of sense of suffering, which Ricœur has defined yet as experiencing, bearing and which characterizes inaction of experiencing. French philosopher is trying to explain essence of man, appeals for what for person is immanent, causing ipso facto, that human being becomes measure for oneself. Possible because of it, he has rejected subsistence and it has suspended – in consequence – a question about meaning of suffering. Ricœur considers that source of suffering is “unfree will” of man, which existence is caused by physical evil. By the reason of separation of problems of suffering from question of moral evil, French philosopher fails to answer on question of what suffering teach us. In this meaning, we can make a bid for statement that conception of suffering presented here bears burden of nihilism, because there is no place for only the one image of suffering man, penancing in suffer, and therefore there is no place for suffering only as whole sense of fulfillment. Modern pastoral help began to flourish in the twentieth century, especially after World War II with the emergence of new problems, such as industrialisation, urbanisation and connected with them diseases, crisis of the family, unemployment, migrations, the fight for freedom and the gaining of independence. In recent years, specialised pastoral help has been concentrated on the problems affecting modem youth (addictions), problems of the sick and the old, prisoners as well as on the care among different professional groups, academic communities and the family. Catholic aid centres are being organised in many countries. The article describes the history of the development and organisation of those centres. The author describes the kinds of aid offered to those about to be married, married couples, people addicted to drugs and alcohol as well as AIDS sufferers. Jest ono ceną naszego zbawienia. Natomiast w Starym Testamencie według egzegetów było symbolem dobroci Bożej i Jego miłości skierowanej do człowieka. W komentarzach egzegetycznych do bogatej w treść miłosną „Pieśni nad Pieśniami” wino ma wielorakie i bogate znaczenia. Jeśli dokonujemy analizy interpretacji zarówno hebrajskiej jak i patrologicznej, obydwu opartych na nurcie alegorycznym, zauważymy, że odwoływanie się do tego napoju nigdy nie było uważane za instynktowne lub spontaniczne: substancja mówi sama z siebie, ma coś własnego do powiedzenia, dzięki swej bogatej treści. Między innymi jest to wykorzystane w trzech wersetach (1,2; 1,4; 4,10), w których wino jest porównywane z miłością oblubieńczą. Z powodu scriptio defectiva słowa דדיך („twoja miłość”), i tłumaczenia w Septuagincie oraz w Wulgacie jako „twoje piersi”, interpretacja hebrajska i patrologiczna odbiegały bardzo od siebie. Natomiast po dokładniejszej analizie stwierdzamy, że znaleziono jednak w jednej i drugiej interpretacji wiele podobieństw. Wynikają one ze związku znaczeniowego pomiędzy „piersiami” a „miłością”. I tak: blisko piersi jest serce, siedziba i źródło miłości; Wyrazem tej rzeczywistości jest również obraz matki, która kocha swoje dziecko i karmi je swoimi piersiami. Such application is difficult to accept because the death penalty was often put into practice in the Old Testament times and the regulations related to its application are part of the biblical text. Our paper contains the analysis of the possibilities to apply this argument, taking in consideration the rules of the interpretation of the Scripture.
