Wina i odpowiedzialność za śmierć Jezusa oraz perspektywy zbawcze pogan w świetle Mt 27, 1-6
Żywica, Zdzisław (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The author of this discourse, implementing narrative analysis provides the answer to the question of what and in what manner is said by Mathew, the evangelist about involvement, guilt, responsibility and connected with those previously mentioned, pagans’ salvation perspectives. The answer to this question is particularly interesting with reference to this Gospel as Mathew, taking into consideration the place, circumstances as well as the time of its drafting, found himself in a very specific situation which none of other evangelists has ever experienced. He was also supposed to deal with this problem and provide the answer to the Church that he himself was representing. His future life perspectives in the world of etnochristianity and paganism depended mostly on the answer to the question stated.

Preferencje finansowe związane z działalnością organizacji pożytku publicznego
Tyrakowski, Marek (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
Financial preferences, which are established by the government, are one of the widely accepted methods of financing public benefit organizations. Their main purpose is to achieve statutory goals of such organizations, which are generally public tasks. Financial preferences include income tax exemption for legal entities, property tax exemption, donations based on income tax laws, etc. Worth mentioning is the fact that tax exemptions and donations are most profitable.

Bezpieczeństwo imprez masowych w antycznym Rzymie na tle współczesnych rozwiązań
Sitek, Bronisław (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
From time immemorial the society has had the need of mass entertainment, defined nowadays as the mass events. The example of this can be the organization of the Roman society, where, after analyzing the source materials, we can indicate some numerous examples of the mass events, religious, sports, or political ones. In the Roman legislation we can find a series legal regulations concerning the rules of organizing such events, chiefly, if it is about the public security. In each city, also in Rome, there was the calendar of mass events, which was completed all the time. The bodies responsible for organizing the mass events in Rome were the consuls and ediles, while, in municipalities the duumvirs and ediles. They had to provide the appropriate measures to organize the events and to guarantee the security. In case of the political events, organized during the election, the responsibility lay with the organizers. The security of the participants, particularly at the amphitheatres, was guaranteed through the legislative regulation of the principles of taking the seats at the audience. Breaking the rules was punished by the high fine. The security of the mass events in the Ancient Rome maybe was not so clearly defined as it is nowadays, but it was the matter of the Roman legislators and the public bodies. Hence, during the frequent sports events or the other entertainments organized at the huge buildings, as for example at Circus Maximus, which could contain even about 300,000 spectators, the construction disasters or public riots were the rareness.

Polskie drogi do socjalizmu. Sowietyzacja kupiectwa na Lubelszczyźnie (1944-1954)
Sekściński, Bogdan (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The article concerns the policy of communistic authorities towards the private trade sector in the Lublin region between 1944 and 1954 (the policy was analogous in entire Poland) – especially during so-called “the battle for trade”, the aim of which was a definite termination of the class of traders. Sovietisation of trade in post-war Poland, more commonly known as “the battle for trade” was one of the most principal nationwide undertakings by the pro-Stalinist communistic regime of that time managing Poland and appointed by Joseph Stalin, the purpose of which was the general sovietisation of the Republic of Poland before the country could finally join the structure of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The prelude to sovietisation in the Lublin region occurred at the turn of 1946 and 1947. The climax took place between 1947 and 1948 and the period of decadence between 1949 and 1951, although it can be accepted that actually “the battle for trade” was going on until 1989 that is, until the time of political transformation in Poland and the return to the free-market economy. During the period of “the battle for trade”, as the result of repressive policy of the communistic authorities towards traders, the private trade sector almost entirely disappeared. The total termination of trade resulted in the fact that people in cities and the countryside lacked sufficient supplies of basic foodstuffs and industrial articles. Badly managed nationalized trade sectors – state-owned and cooperatives – were unable to provide the country with proper food supplies. The communistic regime and its incompetent economical policy caused chaos but attempted to soothe it by delivering basic foodstuffs and introducing the system of food ration coupons temporarily, which became the characteristic means of food distribution in the period of the People’s Republic of Poland.

Santo subito – baeto adesso – Jan Paweł II na łamach prasy polskojęzycznej we Włoszech (2005-2011)
Rółkowska, Maria (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The aim of the article is to introduce the image of John Paul II in years 2005-2011 in the Polish language periodic “Our world” published in Italy by Italian publishing company for Polish society in Italy. The biweekly magazine, created by Polish journalists, devoted The Pope during the 6 years 33 texts in its paper version and many ones on the internet side. The journalists wrote about many topics connected with John Paul II: the celebrations of the anniversaries of His death, the trial of the beatification, the places which were named after The Pope, the cultural and artistic events which took place to commemorate Him. This topic, hopefully, can be interesting for people in Poland because, firstly, we just celebrate the beatification of John Paul II and, secondly, the magazine is rather unknown in our country and shows a part of everyday life of Polish society in Italy.

Pałubicki, Łukasz (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
In this article auhtor is conducting deliberation dedicated to nonmethaphisical arguments for the existence of God in doctrine of Saint Thomas of Aquino. The author presents problems of prephilosophical cognition of existence of Good, cognition through religious faith and through religious experience. The basic purpose of this text is to give an answer to the question: are the non-methaphisical arguments for the existence of God a confirmation of a teistic tesis? Powstanie obowiązku podatkowego w podatku od nieruchomości w zakresie nowo wybudowanych budynków
Pahl, Bogumił (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The main purpose of this article is to present the problem of arising the tax obligation on real estate tax in the case of newly-built buildings. In the act on taxes and local fees the Polish legislation indicates two cases, the existence of which conditions the arising of tax obligation on this category of buildings:  completion of a construction or  beginning the use of a building or its part before the final completion. The two premises mentioned above are equivalent. Accordingly, arising any of them causes the obligation to pay tax from January the 1st of the year following the year in which such a premise arises.

Uznawalność instrumentów finansowych emitowanych w innych krajach za papiery wartościowe w świetle prawa polskiego
Mariański, Michał (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The present work is a study of the conflict of laws within the scope of financial instruments and securities in Poland. The demand of velocity and reliability of turnover on contemporary financial markets requires from the participants of the given turnover to be provided with the law instruments them in a firm and finite way to indicate the proper order to their liabilities relation. The analyses of previous, traditional linking for estimating the proper law for such a differentiated group as financial instruments and securities produced the evidence that they may be insufficient and inadaptable to the specification and the character of the international transactions based on these documents.

Godność urzędu sędziego – uwagi na tle orzecznictwa sądów dyscyplinarnych
Korzeniewska-Lasota, Anna (Wydawnictwo Diecezjalne Adalbertinum, 2011)
The main topic of disscusion is the question of the dignity of the post of judge of the common courts of law. The authoress, on the basis of the law and the jurisdiction of the disciplinary court, in that regard, sought to determine the scope of the concept of "dignity of the post of judge". She tried to answer the question, what specific requirements should meet the judge, and how he should behave, or how he should not behave, to make his duties in dignified way? The answer was constructed by identifying the normative responsibilities, basing on the Constitution of Poland, content of the oath of judges, articles 82. and 82., points ‘a’ and ‘b’ of the act of the Law of the Common Court and ‘The Rules of Professional Ethics of Judges’. Then, under the jurisdiction of the disciplinary court of the Supreme Court was compiled the list of behaviors which affront to the dignity the post of judge.
