His surname does not appear in the history of education and he is not quoted by books related to this subject. What is more, even his concept of education is generally neglected by Catholic authors. We have to admit, that Francis de Sales didn’t write any pedagogic treatise, anyway during his pastoral activities in many places he was making suggestions and real references to education. The author of this article tries to focus on one thing: his importance as an educator and an educationalist. Wilson’s sociobiology on emotional and psychological way. Evolutionary scientists have made their own program but the base was sociobiology and results of main subjects; that is why most of thesis are similar and almost the same (filled or expanded) to psychological ones. We have been created by the nature but, there was also “cooperation” with culture. Genetic determination is not enough to human’s creation. Large contribution for psychology of evolution put memetic, its researches, documents and thesis were very important for science grants. Humans made a culture many centuries ago, but this process hasn’t stopped yet. Survival of traditions and culture depends on keeping dynamic equilibrium between unmodified information included in cultural tradition and its modification. D. Buss claims that, if there are a lot of conservative features it will makes “live fossil”; if there is a lot of changes it will be an anomaly. Human’s attitude towards the future needs to be the same as their relation to traditions and innovation and its creation order and stabilization. Even for the price of exocentric separate (Besonderheit) human is going to make more stabiles and clearness to rescue them from a period you can anticipate. A. Gehlen is sure that during the cultural evolution new information could be transfer to descendants. This mechanism is helping to improve human knowledge and accelerating the development of every stadium of people’s lives. Biology’s way of keeping information leads only to genome; biology’s evolution is creating different genetics programs so therefore different biological species. Cultural evolution is connected only with the biological species of Homo sapiens and it makes differences only extenders structures due to this species. Actual, human’s view is still looking for its whole humanity. Human in psychology of evolution doesn’t look down of it’s biology past, but very often add to this view cultural aspect, this make it harmony and whole entire. For the culture actually human can compensate biology not adapted to life in the nature. Disabled people require particular help in finding and keeping employment. Considering their situation on the labour market, they are entitled to avail from various systems of support: those which create conditions aimed at inducing employers to create new work positions and those which increase mobility and preparation of future employees. These kind of activities are to help young people join the current of normal social functioning. The first part presents the idea of the human dignity as an ontological value which is supreme and belongs only to the human being. Only a man possesses this ability to contemplate his own existence. The other part of this article describes problems connected with educating students to be aware of their responsibility to form their own personal dignity. Human dignity does not depends on biological, psychological or social characteristics. It represents a value which should be discovered ed promoted in education. The subject literature hardy ever tackles the topic of values that the state constitutional system is based on. Furthermore, there are no studies devoted to The axiology of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland in postulates of the Polish Episcopate. The present study aims to present and analyze the postulates of the Polish Episcopate which concern the axiology of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. Their vocation is to be people called to transform the world in the spirit of Gospel through the testimony of their daily lives. In many situations they can take part of the apostolic works of the Church without loosing their own identity and their own specific vocation in the world and in the Church. In this evangelical mission they are invited to a very close collaboration with the Church’s hierarchy. In this collaboration they are not treated only as helpers but as partners sharing responsibility for that noteworthy mission. The Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, aware of its mission in the Church and in the world and reading the signs of the time, invites lay people do participate in its apostolic activity. Its institutions and provinces are constantly searching for new forms and ways of collaboration through several meetings and issued documents regarding this matter. Redemptorists, according to their possibilities, are trying to create an atmosphere that will facilitate this common evangelical work. Quite often there are lay people that take initiative and propose new ways of collaboration in proclaiming the Gospel. They express their desire to be involved in the Redemptorists mission so they can live in their lives the charism given to the Redemptorists by their founder saint Alphonsus. In many cases, without the help of lay people, the massage that the Redemptorists bring to the world, would never, or with many difficulties, arrive to its addressee.Pozycja Wspólnota salezjańska pw. św.
